    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixed-weave fabric with soft puffiness, stretch and elegant surface feeling of high resilience and color developability. SOLUTION: This mixed-weave fabric is obtained by arranging, as wefts (or warps), crimpable conjugate multifilament yarns each with two kinds of polyester components differing in thermal shrinkage from each other conjugated in a side-by-side or sheath-core fashion, wherein the above multifilament yarns have the number of real twists T (T/M) with a twist multiplier α of 7,000-20,000 as shown by formula I and the total cover factor CF for both the warps and wefts as shown by formula II stands at 1,800-3,000. formula I: T=α.D-1/2, and formula II: CF=KW.DW1/2+KF.DF1/2 wherein, D is the fineness of a multifilament yarn (dtex); KW is the density of warps (number/2.54 cm); KF is the density of wefts (number/2.54 cm); DW is the fineness of a warp (dtex); and DF is the fineness of a weft (dtex).

SOLUTION: This worsted woven fabric is obtained by using a polyester combined filament yarn in which a polyester filament yarn of a component A has >=7% shrinkage percentage in boiling water and >=10% dry shrinkage percentage and a polyester filament yarn of a component B has =2.5 g/d breaking strength, >=50% breaking elongation and 5-30% elongation in an elongation region under a constant stress without substantially elongating or shrinking by heat treatment in the polyester combined filament yarn comprising at least the polyester filament yarn (A) and the polyester filament yarn (B) and having loops or slacks on the surface of the yarn.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain a touch feeling having crispiness (body) without any roughness from a textured yarn, capable of providing a dry touch and a glossy feelings recognized in a taffeta of a degummed silk woven fabric and further having a moderate bulkiness degree and an ultralow shrinkage factor due to actualized fine random crimps. CONSTITUTION: The characteristic of this silky polyester textured yarn comprises a cation-dyeable polyester multifilament yarn containing 1.0-2.0mol% 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid component and has a shrinkage factor in boiling water within the range of 1-5% and a bulkiness degree within the range of 2-6cc/g. Furthermore, the method for producing the silky textured polyester yarn is to provide a drawn yarn of the cation-dyeable polyester multifilament yarn containing 1.0-2.0mol% 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid component, then pass the drawn yarn over the top surface of a hot pin in contact therewith at 10-20% relaxation ratio, apply unevenness of heat treatment among single filaments, subsequently heat-treat the resultant yarn under relaxed conditions and develop crimps. The resultant yarn has 1-5% shrinkage factor in boiling water and 2-6cc/g bulkiness degree.

CONSTITUTION:The woven fabric is composed of (A) wefts >=50T/M in real twist consisting of heteroshrink combined filament yarns composed of (1) low- shrink polyester multifilament yarns =1 denier in single fiber fineness and (B) warps consisting of polyester yarns with uneven fineness in the longer direction. Besides, this woven fabric is characterized by that the low-shrink multifilament yarns represent mainly loop-shaped fine fluffs on the fabric surface.
