Abstract: Derivado de urea representado por la fórmula (I): **(Ver fórmula)** en la que, R1 es trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi o pentafluorosulfanilo; cada R2 es independientemente un átomo de hidrógeno o metilo que está, opcionalmente, sustituido con un hidroxilo o un heterociclilo saturado que tiene de cuatro a seis átomos formadores de anillo; R3 es un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno, un alquilo C1-C3, un heterociclilo saturado que tiene de cuatro a seis átomos formadores de anillo y que, opcionalmente, tiene un grupo oxo, o R5O-; R4 es fenilo, piridilo, piridazinilo o pirimidinilo, estando dichos fenilo, piridilo, piridazinilo o pirimidinilo, opcionalmente, sustituidos con un R6; m y n son independientemente 0 o 1; R5 es alquilo C1-C3 o heterociclilo saturado que tiene de cuatro a seis átomos formadores de anillo (siempre que si se incluye un átomo de nitrógeno en los átomos formadores de anillo de R5, dicho átomo de nitrógeno está, opcionalmente, sustituido con acetilo); R6 es carbamoílo, fenilo, heteroarilo que tiene cinco o seis átomos formadores de anillo, heterociclilo saturado que tiene cuatro a seis átomos formadores de anillo, o (R7)R8N-; y cada uno de R7 y R8 es independientemente un átomo de hidrógeno, o alquilo C1-C3 que está, opcionalmente, sustituido por hidroxilo (excluyendo los casos en que m y n son 0 y R4 es fenilo o piridilo, y dichos fenilo o piridilo están sustituidos por carbamoílo) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.
