Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To homogenize the quality and improve the productivity of synthetic fiber by controlling a temperature in an atmosphere directly below a spinneret with the adjustment of the amount of air suction for suctioning volatile substances. SOLUTION: Monomers and oligomers are recovered by solidifying in a volatile substance-recovering apparatus 8 through a suctioning box 4 by installing a volatile material suctioning port A direct below a spinneret 3. The amount of air suction of the suctioning box 4 is controlled by adjusting rotary speed of a suction fan 9 installed at each spindle. Thus, the temperature in an atmosphere directly below the spinneret is controlled by means of the amount of air suction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To enable uniform drawing of a conjugated yarn while avoiding heat fusion of filaments by cooling the conjugated yarn of a sheath-core or side by side type before or on drawing. CONSTITUTION: Undrawn yarn 4 of a sheath-core or side by side type conjugated fibers are cooled, before or when they are drawn. If the conjugated fibers are cooled down by blowing cool air at about 15 deg. from a nozzle 2 to the yarn at about 600mm/min while giving a vibration to the yarn, the yarn is prevented from generating heat to cause no fusion between filaments. Thereby the drawn yarn is freed from fusion and breakage of filaments.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable improvement of storage environment, reduction of industrial wastes and cost reduction of yarn production and regenerate a spent lubricant to a degree capable of recycling according to a ready method by heat treating the spent lubricant at a prescribed temperature. CONSTITUTION:This regenerating treatment is carried out by heat treating a spent lubricant used in a yarn stretching process at 70 to 100 deg.C for 5 to 10hr. In addition, this unused lubricant is composed of lauryl (EO)2 phosphate Na (percentage composition 80wt.%), dilaurylbetaine (percentage composition 80wt.%) and diluent water. An equipment equipped with a recovery tank 1 for spent oil, a heater unit 6 attached in this tank 1, a temperature control unit 12 for controlling the heating temperature of the lubricant and a timer unit 13 is preferably used.
