Provided is a polylactic acid-based resin sheet which exhibits excellent impact resistance, transparency, slipperiness, and crease line formability and which is particularly suitable for formings. A polylactic acid-based resin sheet that comprises polylactic acid and rubber particles, characterized by satisfying the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) 0.01μm ≤ |Ra1-Ra2| ≤ 0.2μm (2) Ra1 ≤ 0.3μm (3) Ra2 ≤ 0.3μm [wherein Ra1 is the two-dimensional center line average roughness of one surface of the sheet; and Ra2 is the two-dimensional center line average roughness of the other surface thereof].

A film for molding, having an annular olefin-based resin as the main component thereof and characterized by an X surface and a Y surface both having a surface glossiness of no more than 50%, when one surface is the X surface and the other surface is the Y surface. Provided is a film having excellent winding properties during processing, having high design properties and excellent fingerprint wipe-off properties for the surface of product members (molded members after molding and decoration) when the film is used as a transfer foil for molding.

The invention aims to provide a polylactic acid based resin sheet that is high in antistatic property, transparency, and blocking resistance, and suitable particularly for production of printable moldings. [Solution] A polylactic acid based resin sheet including a layer formed of a composition (D) containing polylactic acid (A), an ionic surface active agent (B), and a nonionic surface active agent (C), wherein the polylactic acid (A) has a content of 50 mass% or more and 99.5 mass% or less in the entire 100 mass% of the composition (D), and the mass ratio between the ionic surface active agent (B) and the nonionic surface active agent (C) meets the relation 2 ‰¤ (B)/(C) ‰¤ 20.
