    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a thermal contractivity and to enable heat-charging and heat- sterilizing at not lower than 70 deg.C, by a method wherein a temperature of a blow mold is held within a given temperature range, and a parison with a bottom is stretched transversely by blowing into a pressurized gas, having a given temperature, after it is stretched vertically. CONSTITUTION:A temperature of a blow mold is held at a temperature which satisfies an inequality I (where Tg is a glass transition temperature deg.C of thermoplastic polyester, and MT is a blow mold temperature deg.C), and a parison 7 with a bottom is stretched in an axial direction. Simultaneously, or following said stretching, a pressurized gas heated by an inequality II (where AT is a temperature deg.C of a heated, pressurized gas) is pressured into the inside 7'' of the parison 7 with a bottom through an air passage 16 from a heating tank 22. The parison 7 with a bottom is expanded over an internal surface of the mold 13 to form a molded product 7'. Cooling air is then pressured into the molded product 7' to cool it to about the normal temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve a size stability and a mechanical strength when heating is effected, by a method wherein temperature of a blow mold is held at a given temperature, and a pressurized air is passed through under a given pressure temperature condition after a heated parison with a bottom is stretched vertically and horizontally. CONSTITUTION:Temperature of a blow mold 8 is held by an inequality I (where Tg is a glass transition temperature deg.C of thermoplastic polyester, and MT is a blow mold temperature deg.C). A parison 12 with a bottom is stretched in the axial direction and is also stretched transversely by blowing a pressurized gas through an air passage 5 into the parison 12. A low-temperature pressurized gas, which satisfies an inequality II (where AT is a low-temperature pressurized gas temperature deg.C) and is equal to or lower than that of the aforesaid pressurized gas, is passed through the air passage 5 into a molded blow container 12', and the cooled blow container 12' is then unloaded. A suitable temperature of the blow mold is at least 10 deg.C higher than the glass transition temperature, and a preferable heat-curing time is 5-15sec. A suitable temperature of the pressurized gas is about the normal temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject method of injection molding a theremoplastic polyester into a bottomed parison, thereafter carrying out biaxial elongation blow- molding thereby to obtain a container for food and the like, and other liquids and powdery materials without shrinkage on the wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A theremoplastic polyester resin 1 is injected from an injection molding machine 2 to a metal mold 6 consisting of a male mold 3, a lip mold 4 and female mold 6 thereby to obrain a bottomed parison 7. Then, the parison is transferred to a heating pot 9 while the screw part of the bottomed 7 is being held in the lip mold 4, and the inner and outer surfaces of the parison are heated by a heating core 10 and heaters 11 and 12 of the heating pot. Further, the parison is transferred to an elongation blow mold 13, and elongated by an elongation rod 14. Then, pressure air 15 is blown into the inner part of the mold to carry out blow molding, thereafter the elongation blow mold 13 is withdrawn, and the lip mold 4 is split to remove a molded article 7, thus the object container is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance heat resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility and impact resistance by applying melt extrusion molding to a resin composition obtained by appropriately combining three polymers, that is, a polyphenylene sulfide resin, epoxy-containing polyolefin and polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:A polyarylene sulfide resin composition consisting of 40-95wt.% of a polyarylene sulfide resin, 5-60wt.% of an epoxy-containing olefinic copolymer and 0-30wt.% of an elastomer other than said olefinic copolymer is molded at 280350 deg.C using an extruder under such an extruding condition that the shearing speed of the molten polymer emitted from the leading end part of the extruder is 0.1-100sec . As an example of the elastomer used as the third component, a polyolefinic elastomer, a diene elastomor, an acrylic elastomer, a polyamide elastomer, a polyester elastomer, a silicone elastomer, a fluoro-elastomer and a polysulfide elastomer are designated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a vessel of high mechanical strength, etc. when biaxial- stretch-blow-forming the vessel by stretching while keeping the temperature of a blowing die within a specific range and then filling completely a liquid of a specific temperature into the blow-formed vessel. CONSTITUTION:When forming a biaxial-stretch-blown vessel of a thermoplastic polyester such as polyethylene terephtalate, a parison with a bottom heated by keeping the temperature of a blowing die within a temperature range which satisfies an equation I(Tg is the glass transistion temperature of the thermoplastic polyester; MT is the temperature of the blowing die) is stretched in the axial direction, and at the same time, pressurized gas is blown into the parison to stretch it laterally. Next, after filling a liquid of a temperature which satisfies an equation II (LT is the temperature of the liquid) into the formed blow vessel completely, the blow vessel is taken out, obtaining a vessel of high thermal contraction resistibility, etc.
