Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof moisture-permeable fabric suppressed in appearance abnormality and deterioration in barrier properties. A waterproof moisture-permeable fabric including a protective layer and a polyethylene microporous film that are stacked on each other with a synthetic rubber-based hot-melt adhesive, an olefinic hot-melt adhesive, or a composite hot-melt adhesive interposed therebetween, having a nonpolar oil content of 2 g/m 2 or less, and a polar oil content of 0.01 g/m 2 or more and 6 g/m 2 or less.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a protective clothing having high dust proof property which prevents powder dust from entering into the clothing and having high air permeability for comfortable work, in which the temperature does not rise easily even in summer. A dust-proof clothing using the following dust-proof material, wherein i) the dust-proof material has a fiber layer and an electret nonwoven fabric layer, and a total number of the fiber layer and the electret nonwoven fabric layer is 2 or more; and ii) in the dust-proof material, the fiber layer and the electret nonwoven fabric layer, which are adjacent to each other, are adhered on a region having an area ratio of 5% or more and 10% or less.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag base fabric simultaneously having good heat resistance, flame retardancy and storability by the low coating of a reactive resin-containing silicone resin, and to provide an air bag. SOLUTION: This air bag base fabric is characterized by comprising a synthetic fiber woven fabric and adhering a reactive resin-containing silicone resin to at least one side of the synthetic fiber woven fabric in a range of 5 to 20 g/m 2 . The air bag is characterized by using the air bag base fabric. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated sheet excellent in flame retardant property, waterproof property, soil-preventing property, endurance and sewing property, without containing a halogen such as chlorine, bromine, and exhibiting less environmental pollution. SOLUTION: This resin-coated sheet is a fibrous cloth whose both surfaces are coated with a thermoplastic resin and only one of the surfaces contains a flame retardant, and is characterized by exhibiting the flame retardant property of exhibiting
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and compact dew condensation-proof sheet with such advantages that a great deal of electric power can be saved and surface dew condensation outside a chest can be prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: This dew condensation-proof sheet is a laminate of a composite structure comprising a surface layer, a heat shield layer and a back layer. In addition, the sheet is characterized in that the surface layer is constituted of a sheet-like material and the back layer of an air-permeable sheet-like material.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant fiber structure excellent in both of flame retardance and antifouling property and generating poisonous gas containing a halogen in combustion by coating at least one side of a fiber fabric with a thermoplastic resin containing either one of a condensed phosphate or an aromatic diphosphate. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant structure is obtained by applying a resin composition containing at least one kind of thermoplastic resin selected from polyolefin-based, polyester-based and polyurethane-based thermoplastics not containing halogen elements and at least one kind of flame retardant selected from condensed phosphates and aromatic diphosphates in an amount of >=10 pts.wt. flame retardant based on 100 pts.wt. of the above thermoplastic resin to at least one side of polyester filament fabric in a ratio of >=50 pts.wt. resin composition to 100 pts.wt. fabric and further, applying a copolyester resin thereon.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet for flexible containers, excellent in fray resistance on the cut end surface of the sheet by using synthetic fiber yarns having a melting temperature difference as at least one of warps or wefts and subsequently forming a thermoplastic resin coating layer on at least one surface of the formed woven fabric. SOLUTION: This sheet for flexible containers is obtained by weaving blended yarns comprising (A) polyethylene terephthalate multifilament yarns and (B) copolyester multifilament yarns having a lower melting temperature by at least 10 deg.C than that of the yarns A in a B/A weight ratio of 50/50 to 10/90 or sheath- core conjugate yarns using the lower melting temperature component and the higher melting temperature component in sheath portions and core portions, respectively, as at least one of warps and wefts, thermally treating the formed plain weave fabric to fuse the constituting yarns to each other with the lower melting temperature component, and subsequently coating at least one surface of the woven fabric with vinyl chloride resin, an olefinic resin or a polyester resin containing a pigment, an antioxidant, etc.
