Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform high-efficient and smooth pressurization and heating of a composite material, by a method wherein a roll for pressing a composite material and a heater for locally heating the composite material are mounted to a part of a traverse mechanism. CONSTITUTION:After a composite material 11 from a creel and the like is carried through a guide roll 61 of a support frame 60 mounted to a traverse head 5, it is pressed against a mandrel 1 by a pressure roll 6 with the aid of a press means 8, and is wound as it is traversed. In this case, The composite material 11 right before a pressure position allowing it to be pressed by the pressure roll 6 is locally heated to temperature being higher than a melt point of matrix resin by means of a heater 7 for local heating mounted to a support frame 60 through an arm 70. The composite material is pressed by means of the pressure roll 6, the composite material of a layer wound around the mandrel 1 is thermally fused to the composite material 11 of a new layer, and moulding is effected simultaneously with winding. This constitution enables high-efficient and smooth pressurization and heating of the composite material, and improves productivity of moulding of the composite material.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To carry out secure fixing and secure transmission of torque by providing an elastic ring having an appropriate amount of crushing in a ring installing groove. CONSTITUTION:Couples of ring shape grooves 14a, 14b, 24a, 24b, 28a, 28b which extend in the circumferential direction over the whole circumference while being separated from each other in a direction along the shaft of a core holder 13, are provided at least on one of the outer peripheral face of the core holder 13 and the outer peripheral face of the rotary shaft 11 opposite to the inner peripheral face of the core holder 13. And, annular grooves 15, 25, 29 the outside diameters of which at the groove bottoms are larger than those of the ring shape grooves 14a, 14b, 24a, 24b, 28a, 28b, are provided. Further, elastic rings 17, 26 31 are provided in the annular grooves 15, 26, 29. By this structure, secure fixing and secure transmission of torque can be carried out.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the manufacture of a laminate sheet while keeping a predetermined laminating position, by a method wherein the positions of the edges of respective laminate sheets are detected by employing two light sources having a given angle difference mutually and the feeding position of either one of the sheets is adjusted and controlled by this detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:Light 6a is projected by a light projecting means 6 orthogonally to the surface of a laminate sheet 7 while the light 8a is projected by the light projecting means 8 at an angle theta, smaller than a right angle, and the distributions of the amount of permeating lights of the light 6a and the light 8a are detected by a light receiving amount detecting means 9. Subsequently, informations on the edge positions of the sheet 1 and the sheet 2, based on the difference of the amount of receiving light in the widthwise direction of the detected laminate sheet 7, are inputted into a control means 10, the amount of deviation between a preset threshold value and the detected value is operated and an electric correction signal, based on the amount of the deviation, is outputted from the control means 10. This signal is inputted into a sheet feeding position operating means 15 and whereby the feeding position of the sheet 2 may be corrected.
