    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter and a display device in which characters and graphics on a screen are viewed large when operations of a word processer, designing and drawing are carried out on the display screen. SOLUTION: This optical filter 2 attached to a screen of a display device 1 displaying a picture is provided with a function for magnifying a display picture. In a display device where the optical filter 2 is attached to the screen 10 of the display device 1 displaying the picture, the optical filter 2 having the manifying function is attached and can change the magnification of the picture. The optical filter different in a focal length or the optical filter different in characteristic is attachable and detachable without using any tool and an interval between the screen and the optical filter is variable.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of mounting to a display device and to farther prevent the information displayed on a screen from becoming hard to see, after mounting by providing the pressing part for pressing an optical filter and an attaching part to the display device. SOLUTION: This attaching tool 2 is provided with the pressing part 7 for pressing the optical filter 1 and the attaching part 8 to the display device 3 and is preferable that the pressing part 7 is provided with elasticity. When the pressing part 7 is provided with the elasticity, even if an attaching display device 3 is unspecified and the depth of the screen part of the display device 3 where a filter substrate 5 is fitted varies by machine kinds, the filter substrate 5 is pressed to the screen by the attaching tool 8 and fixed so as to eliminate plays. Also, it is preferable that the pressing part 7 be provided with light transmissivity. Thus, the information displayed on the screen is prevented from becoming hard to see due to the pressing part 7.
