Abstract: This invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fabric for ink jet printing and to an ink jet printing method for imparting to the fabric a clear and sharp image free from ink oozing in ink jet printing. Specifically; It relates to a method of manufacturing a fabric for ink jet printing which is characterized in that an aqueous treatment solution having a water-insoluble solvent dispersed or emulsified in an aqueous polymer solution is imparted to the fabric and dried; And to an ink jet printing method characterized in that the ink jet printing is made with said ink jet printing fabric used and that after developing, the pretreatment agent is removed by washing the fabric.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyester fiber structure having excellent color development and color distinction. SOLUTION: This method for the production of the polyester fiber structure comprises the thinning treatment of a polyester fiber structure with a treating liquid having an alkali concentration of 10-600 g/L. The treating liquid is incorporated at least with an electrolyte in an amount of 0.01-10 mol/kg in terms of weight-mol concentration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dyeing by which the color density of a dyed fibrous structure can remarkably be improved from that of a conventional method with the same amount of a dye used by improving only dyeing conditions. SOLUTION: A dye liquor containing porous inorganic fine particles is used when the fibrous structure is dyed with a disperse dye by dip dyeing. Porous inorganic fine particles having >=10 Å (100 nm) average pore diameter are preferably used as the porous inorganic fine particles.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title cloth improved in ink blur preventivity, excellent in color developability and capable of giving dense, fine printed images by imparting a cloth with a water-base treatment liquid containing a water-soluble polymer and fine fibrous powder or porous fine powder. CONSTITUTION:A cloth of synthetic fiber or natural fiber is imparted with a water-based treatment liquid comprising (A) a water-soluble polymer (e.g. natural paste, synthetic water-soluble polymer) and fine fibrous powder or porous fine powder (pref. of cellulosic fiber) followed by drying, thus giving the objective cloth excellent in ink blur preventivity, good in color developability and capable of giving dense, fine printed images.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flocked product of micro fiber good in fastness against friction, having super fine nubuck feeling or long hairs of high quality and obtain the flocked product of micro fiber. SOLUTION: This method for producing a flocked product of micro fiber is to flock a conjugate fiber comprising at least two or more of components on the surface of a base material, subsequently bring the conjugate fiber to be ultra fine by splitting at least the top end of the conjugate fiber and add a film-forming high polymer. In this flocked product of micro fiber, a polymer film is formed at least on the ultra finely flocked surface of the flocked product of micro fiber.
