Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent thermoplastic resin composition excellent in color tone of a molded product, transparency, impact resistance and moldability. SOLUTION: This transparent thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin composition (I) comprising a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft copolymerizing, to a rubbery polymer (a), at least one vinyl monomer selected among an aromatic vinyl monomer (b), a vinyl cyanide monomer (c), an alkyl unsaturated carboxylate monomer (d) and other vinyl monomers (e) copolymerizable therewith, or a mixture thereof and at least one or more vinyl copolymers (B) comprising at least one vinyl monomer selected among an aromatic vinyl monomer (b), a vinyl cyanide monomer (c), an alkyl unsaturated carboxylate monomer (d) and other vinyl monomers (e) copolymerizable therewith, and added thereto, 0.01-2 pts.wt. of a hypophosphite (II), and the difference between the respective refractive indexes of the rubbery polymer component (a) and the matrix resin component is 0.03 or less.
