Para obtener una película reflectora blanca que sea difícil de deformar y pueda reducir la irregularidad en la luminancia incluso cuando se use de una manera tal que sea superpuesta sobre un chasis que tenga porciones convexas y cóncavas para poner circuitos y similares o usarse con un LED, y que pueda prevenir un contacto cercano irregular con una placa de guía de luz y daño de la placa de guía de luz, la película reflectora blanca para luz posterior de bordes iluminados se hace para satisfacer los requerimientos (i) a (iii): (i) la rigidez es de 2 a 10 mN m; (ii) se forman porciones convexas sobre al menos una superficie (A) y la altura máxima de la porción convexa es de 15 a 60 µm; y (iii) el índice de amortiguación en el lado de una superficie (B) opuesta a la superficie (A) es de 12% o más.
Abstract:
To obtain a white reflective film that is hard to warp and can ameliorate unevenness in the luminance even when used in such a manner as to be superimposed on a chassis having convex and concave portions for placing circuits and the like or used with an LED, and can prevent uneven close contact with a light guide plate and damage of the light guide plate, the white reflective film for edge-lit backlight is made to meets the requirements (i) to (iii): (i) the stiffness is 2 to 10 mN·m;; (ii) convex portions are formed on at least one surface (A) and the maximum height of the convex portion is 15 to 60 µm; and (iii) the cushion rate at the side of a surface (B) opposite to the surface (A) is 12% or more.
