    Abstract: PURPOSE:To charge quantitatively powdery granules by a robot by constituting the titled apparatus with a prescribed hopper, a weighing vessel having a bottom lid capable of opening and closing, a slidable partition plate provided between the hopper and said vessel, a funnel, a movable cylinder thereunder and a supporter of a receptacle of the powdery granules. CONSTITUTION:When the partition plate D under the hopper A containing the powdery granules 1 is slid in a horizontal direction, the granules 1 is charged into the weighing vessel C. Next, the partition plate is inserted into a gap 5 to finish a weighing of the granules 1. By opening the bottom lid B, the granules in the vessel C fall down into the receptacle 12 through the funnel E, the movable cylinder F. Next, the cylinder F is elevated to carry the receptacle 12 by the robot, and another empty receptacle 12 is carried under the cylinder F.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable multi-kind parts to be efficiently supplied in every unit, by parallelly providing a pair of pallet-conveying conveyers to be moved in an opposite direction to each other while providing the respective reloading mechanisms of a parts-placing pallet and an empty pallet in both ends of the conveyers. CONSTITUTION:A machine bed 1 parallelly provides on its upper surface a pair of slat conveyers 2, 9 respectively equipped with pallet mounting plates 2',9', enabling these conveyers to be moved in an opposite direction to each other by intermittently driving the respective conveyers. Then a parts-placing pallet reloading mechanism 16 is arranged in one end of the upper surface of the machine bed 1, thus a parts-placing pallet 40 in a reloading position C of said conveyer 9 is slid by a pressing plate 23 in a direction crossing at a right angle with the conveying direction and reloaded onto said conveyer 2. While an empty pallet reloading mechanism 25 is arranged in the other end of the upper surface of the machine bed 1, thus an empty pallet 40' in an empty pallet reloading position A of the conveyer 2 is slid by a pressing plate 28 in a direction crossing at a right angle with the conveying direction and reloaded onto the conveyer 9.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To fill a powdery or granular material uniformly in a container particularly with a robot, by putting the powdery or granular material in the container having the opened top in a convex form, placing a flat board on the apex thereof, giving vertical vibration to the container, and applying a load on the powdery or granular material. CONSTITUTION:A powdery or granular material is uniformly filled in a container 7 having the opened top and a bottom plate 5 at the bottom thereof. In the process, the powdery or granular material is put into the container 7 by gravity- drop to form a convex powdery or granular surface. A flat board 13 is then placed on the apex 12' of the convex of powdery or granular surface, and vertical vibration is applied thereto while applying a load from above the flat board 13. This method is useful for assembling spinning packs with a robot.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To discriminate poor sealability of an assembly before mounting thereof on a spinning machine, by sealing polymer discharge holes and a polymer feed port with a sealing member, feeding a gas to the interior, filling the gas therein and sensing the gas permeation state with a gas flowmeter. CONSTITUTION:Polymer discharge holes at the undersurface are sealed with a lower sealing table 2 and a polymer feed port in the upper part is sealed with an upper sealing member 3. A gas is then fed from a gas fee pipe 4 into the interior of an assembly 1 and filled to further continue feeding of the gas. Only an opening and closing valve (7c) is in an opened state and the flow of the gas is sensed with a gas flowmeter 5 to discriminate acceptance or rejection from the sensed data.

The devices are positioned in an operation zone of the chuck of the robot.
