Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical compressor which has a simple assembling structure of a helical compressing mechanism part and is easily assembled. SOLUTION: A helical compressor 10 has helical type compressing mechanism part 12 and a motor part 13 incorporated in a sealed case 11. The compressing mechanism part 12 has a cylinder 20 fixed to the sealed case 11, a roller 21 eccentrically placed in this cylinder 20, and a spiral blade 22 placed between this roller 21 and the cylinder 20. The roller 21 is journalled to a crank part 27 of a rotational shaft 17 from the motor part 13. On the other hand, a spiral blade grooves 29 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 20, and the spiral blade 22 is fitted into this blade groove 29. This spiral blade 22 is mounted to the roller 21, and plural compressing chambers 23 are partitioned and formed in the cylinder axis direction between the cylinder 20 and the roller 21. The roller 21 eccentrically rotated following the rotation of the rotational shaft 17, and the eccentric rotation of the roller 21 moves fluid to be compressed in the cylinder axis direction to compress it.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve axial accuracy in a bearing member in a horizontal fluid compressor having a cylindrical rotor provided with a spiral blade fitted therein and disposed in a cylinder by composing an enclosed case of a case barrel and a cylindrical bottomed frame part provided integrally with the bearing member. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal fluid compressor 31 accommodates a compression mechanism section in an enclosed case 32 and a motor for driving the section. The compression mechanism section is composed of a cylinder 8 having both ends opened and a piston of a cylindrical rotor fitted in the cylinder and having a spiral blade fitted slidably on the outer periphery with longitudinally changed pitch. Then, the enclosed case 32 is composed of a case barrel 33 having one axial end opened and a frame part 35 fitted into the opening 34 and formed integrally with a disk part 36 provided projectingly with a main bearing 38 in a predetermined position and a flange part 37. And the main bearing 38 of a frame part 35 supports one end of the cylinder and the flange part 37 is fitted in the case barrel 33.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent falling off and scattering of a motor magnetic material from an axial directional end face of a rotor so as to improve reliability by providing a step differenced part, brought into contact with the axial directional end face of the rotor and coating its axial directional end face, in the peripheral part of a circular tube-shaped cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A fluid compressor 21 is formed by housing a compression mechanism part 22 and DC motor 4 in a closed case 2, and in the compression mechanism part 22, a piston 7 serving as a rotary unit, on which a helical blade 8 is wound, is eccentrically arranged in a cylinder 29. The motor 4 is constituted of a stator 10, formed by winding a winding 31 on an iron core 30, and a cylindrical rotor 11. The rotor 11 has a cylindrical main unit 32 formed of, for instance, a permanent magnet, to coat an internal peripheral surface of the main unit 32 with an inner side cylinder body 33, formed of magnetic material, and an external peripheral surface of the main unit 32 with an outer side cylinder body 34 formed of non-magnetic material. Here, a coating surface 37 is arranged so as to be brought into contact with a suction side end face, exposed between inner and outer cylinder bodies 33, 34 of the rotor 11, by protrusively providing a step differenced part 38 in the cylinder 29.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To unify the compressive force by conveying a fluid via the relative rotating motion in which the spiral bore of a rotating outside spiral component is brought into contact with an inside spiral component formed with a spiral outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A compressor section 13 is constituted with an outside spiral component 25 and an inside spiral component 26. A spiral bore 27 is provided on the outside spiral component 25 along the rotation center direction and performs the sliding action with the inside spiral component 26. Thereby, the inside spiral component 26 is revolved while its rotation is blocked by a rotation restricting means. A fluid is conveyed in the space between the bore 27 and the periphery of the inside spiral component 26. Accordingly, the pressure feed of a liquid during the compression operation is performed continuously and uniformly.

CONSTITUTION:A compressor section 13 is constituted of a lengthy outside spiral component 17 and an inside spiral component 18, and a spiral bore 19 is provided on the outside spiral component 17. At each position of the bore 19, the cross section shape of each end section on the long diameter side of its cross section is a true circle, and the cross section shape of both end sections on the rectangle side is a straight line tangent to true circles at both ends. When a motor section 12 is energized, the outside spiral component 17 is rotated together with a rotor 16, the rotation of the inside spiral component 18 is blocked, but it is revolved. Accordingly, a fluid is conveyed between peripheries of the bore 19 and the inside spiral component 18, and the torque fluctuation can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a crank structure which can be prepared at low cost with little manhours of working by forming the crank shaft by connecting a main shaft constituted of a metal pipe and an eccentric shaft constituted of a metal ring. CONSTITUTION:On the outer periphery of a main shaft 8 constituted of a metal pipe body 1, an eccentric shaft 9 formed of a metal ring having the inside diameter larger than the outside diameter of the outer periphery of the main shaft 8 is installed, and a part of the inner peripheral wall is joined with the outer peripheral wall of the main shaft 8. A connecting rod 10 is constituted of a ring-shaped big end 11 which is formed by installing an inner peripheral wall in slidable manner onto the outer peripheral wall of the eccentric shaft 9 and an arm part 12 connected to a piston 6. The reciprocating movement of the piston 6 is achieved by allowing the revolution movement of the main shaft 8 to be linked with the eccentric movement of the eccentric shaft 9 installed onto the outer periphery of the main shaft 8. The distance (epsilon) between the center of the main shaft 8 and the center of the eccentric shaft 9 equals the crank radius of a crank shaft 7, and the value double the distance (epsilon) equals to the stroke of the piston 6. With such constitution, the manhours for working can be reduced remarkably.
