    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video reception reproducing device that reproduces temporally past video data without the need for a storage device with a large capacity while minimizing repetition of downloading of the same video data. SOLUTION: The video reception reproducing device includes a video data request section 11 that requests a video distributor 3 to distribute video data, a video data reception section 12 that receives the distributed video data, a video data storage section 14 that stores management information to manage a consecutive part of the received video data and the video data by unit of block with a predetermined size, and a control section 15 that allows the video data storage section 14 to transfer requested video data to a video display section 13 when the video data storage section 14 stores all the video data requested from a user for reproduction, or allows the video data request section 11 to request distribution of video data including at least part of desired video data when the video data storage section 14 stores only a part of the desired video data as its control.

CONSTITUTION:The title device is so composed that an outlet part 10 for a hopper 6, in which a powdered detergent 7 is stored, is formed in cylindrical form, that a cylindrical cap 16 with a bottom, which is put on the outlet part 10, is provided, and that this cap 16 is forcibly pushed by a coiled compression spring in the direction of opening and shutting of the outlet part 10 and is moved at the position, at which the detergent is supplied, by a motor 22 when the detergent is supplied. In this case, it is preferable that a packing sheet 18 in close contact with the periphery of the outlet part 10 be provided at the inner peripheral part of the cap. When the cap 16 has detergent-passing opening 17 on the peripheral part thereof, it is preferable that the packing sheet 18 be provided at the inner part of the detergent-passing opening 17.

CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 22 functions as a water supply flow rate detection means detecting the flow rate of the water supplied to an inner tub along with a water level sensor 18 and also functions as a control means receiving not only various operation signals by various operation keys of an operation panel but also the water level detection signal from the water level sensor 18 and also receiving the rotation signal from a rotation sensor 8 and the turbidity detection signal from a turbidity sensor 12. When it is judged that a water supply flow rate is low and the turbidity of washing water at the time of washing is high, water pouring rinsing time is set long. By this constitution, the insufficiency of the quantity of water to the turbidity at the time of washing is compensated by the length of time and water pouring rinsing can effectively be performed.
