    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent performance degradation caused by temperature rise of a heating element because airflow is reduced due to dust accumulated on a filter, breakage of electric components, and/or risk of smoking/firing.SOLUTION: A filter cleaner: is mounted on a device taking outer air therein through an air inlet by rotation of a fan 1 to cool a heating element 3 in a housing; and cleans a filter 4 attached to the air inlet. The filter cleaner is provided with: a temperature sensor 5 acquiring a temperature in the vicinity of the heating element 3; removal means for removing unnecessary objects adhering to the filter 4 by moving a roller 70 while pressing an adhesive sheet 60 on the air-intake surface of the filter 4; storing means for storing the adhesive sheet 60 to which the unnecessary objects adhere, into a take-up adhesive sheet storing case 62; and control means for driving the removal means and the storing means when the temperature does not satisfy prescribed conditions.
