PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent performance degradation caused by temperature rise of a heating element because airflow is reduced due to dust accumulated on a filter, breakage of electric components, and/or risk of smoking/firing.SOLUTION: A filter cleaner: is mounted on a device taking outer air therein through an air inlet by rotation of a fan 1 to cool a heating element 3 in a housing; and cleans a filter 4 attached to the air inlet. The filter cleaner is provided with: a temperature sensor 5 acquiring a temperature in the vicinity of the heating element 3; removal means for removing unnecessary objects adhering to the filter 4 by moving a roller 70 while pressing an adhesive sheet 60 on the air-intake surface of the filter 4; storing means for storing the adhesive sheet 60 to which the unnecessary objects adhere, into a take-up adhesive sheet storing case 62; and control means for driving the removal means and the storing means when the temperature does not satisfy prescribed conditions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially eliminate an alignment error among an X-ray tube, an X-ray detector and a slitting device. SOLUTION: This X-ray computerized tomograph includes: an X-ray tube 11 which generates X-rays toward a subject in an imaging area; a slitting device 12 disposed between the X-ray tube and the imaging area and adapted for adjusting the thickness of the X-ray in a slicing direction; an X-ray detector 15 opposed to the X-ray tube across the imaging area for detecting the X-rays transmitted through the subject; and a computer for reconfiguring tomogram data on the basis of the output of the X-ray detector. The slitting device 12 has two shield plates 13, 14 arranged side-by-side in the slicing direction and supported by a support mechanism in such a way as to be individually movable along the slicing direction and be individually tiltable in the slicing direction.

PURPOSE:To enable a reference member to be always displayed with a tomogram by forming the reference member, serving as the reference of a position, into a concentric circular multi-layer structure consisting of two or more materials mutually different in CT value. CONSTITUTION:A positioning device 7 is constituted of a half ring-shaped fixed part 8 in a detected body head part H, supporting members 9, 10 supporting reference member holding parts 11, 11 mounted in the vicinity of both release end parts of the fixed part 8 and embedding a reference member in the inside and a movable supporting part 18 of laser sources 12, 12 mounted to the other end of the supporting member 9. The reference member holding part 11 is provided with a molded member 12 generating no artifact and reference members 13 to 15 embedded in the member 12 and formed into a concentric circular multi-layer structure consisting of two or more materials with a mutually different CT value. Thus because the reference member is formed into the multi-layer structure consisting of two or more materials with a mutually different CT value, even when a light-shade value and a light-shade width corresponding to the CT value, desired to be displayed, are changed, any of the layers is displayed with a tomogram.

Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correctly identify the shape and position of a head disease on an image and on an operation field by obtaining on coordinate at a necessary point on a head image photographed and displayed by means of a tomographic device and providing a laser pointer device to indicate the position corresponding to the desired point by means of the crossing point of a multidirectional laser light. CONSTITUTION:After the head is opened, the tomographic image of a part approximately corresponding to the part to be photographed previous time is photographed by an X-ray CT scanner device CT. Next, an operator fits a laser pointer device P to a hand supporting mechanism 3. Thereafter, based on X, Y and Z axes coordinate data on the image of an operation target T, respective elements are linearly moved in X, Y and Z axes directions, and a crossing point LC of two laser lights la and lb is specified at X, Y and Z coordinate points corresponding to the X, Y and Z axes coordinate data. The operator causes a knife, etc., to advance in a direction in which the separation of two light points (a) and (b) of two laser lights la and lb can be made small, and finally, the position where the crossing point LC of two laser lights la and lb appears, namely, a diseased part can be reached. As a result, by the fact that the knife reaches the diseased part, a proper removal operation, etc., can be executed.

PURPOSE:To obtain a bed apparatus not imparting any feeling of incompatibility to an examinee, by mounting a rail to a bed frame along a horizontal direction and mounting the roller capable of rolling on the rail to the bottom part of a holder. CONSTITUTION:An examinee is laid down on a top plate 4 through the elastomer covering the curved part 5a of a holder 5 and receives the injection of a contrast medium in such a state that the arm thereof is supported on the flat part 5b of the holder 5. When the examinee is moved by the top plate 4, since the top plate 4 and the holder 5 move on a rail through the rollers 3 amounted to the flat part 5b, the load due to the wt. of the examinee is applied to the rollers 3 and, therefore, said load is not concentrated to the holder 5. Because of this, even when the holder 5 is constituted of a thin material, there is no possibility of damage and a feeling of incompatibility is not imparted to the examinee. Further, since the holder 5 regularly and reciprocally moves on the rail 2 of a bed frame 1 through the rollers 3, the possibility of the interference of the holder 5 with the bed frame 1 is eliminated when the holder 5 moves along with the top plate 4 and the movement of the examinee can be smoothly performed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed device and a functional image/morphological image diagnostic apparatus preventing the complication of configuration and eliminating factors causing increases in size and cost.SOLUTION: This bed device includes a slider journaled to the lower ends of both link members of an X link, and nut members provided thereto. A guide rail guides each slider in a substantially horizontal direction. A screw member is disposed along the guide rails and is configured to, when rotating relative to each nut member, apply a driving force moving in the substantially horizontal direction to each slider. A clutch means selectively performs an operation for integrally rotating one nut member with the screw member so as not to apply the driving force to one slider, and integrally rotating the one nut member relative to the screw member so as to apply the driving force to the one slider. When the driving force is not applied to the one slider, a restriction means locks the one slider to the guide rail.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration which allows photographing with an X-ray CT apparatus to be comfortable.SOLUTION: This X-ray CT apparatus is provided with a top board for placing a subject thereon. A movement mechanism moves the top board in each of the x direction, the y direction and the z direction. A recording section records orbit information indicating an orbit where the top board is moved, and movement conditions when the top board is moved along the orbit. A computing section computes top board movement information in each of the x direction, the y direction and the z direction for moving the top board according to the movement conditions along the orbit, on the basis of the orbit information and the movement conditions. A movement mechanism control section controls the movement mechanism on the basis of the result of computation performed by the computing section.
