Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the installation of a hot line by providing a communication control device with an exclusive trunk for the hot line, and simultaneously, sending the subscriber's number of a remote party registered beforehand on detecting that the SS of a corresponding transformer drops down to the earth. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a general line/hot changer 8 is set to a hot line side, if a terminal 4-n is off-hooked, and exchange 1 detects that a loop is closed, and lowers the SS of the exclusive trunk for the hot line down to the earth. Then, the communication control device 2a detects this, and sends the subscriber's number of the remote party registered beforehand to a MODEM 3, and accesses the exchange of a remote party station. On the other hand, in the case that the changer 8 is set to a general line side, communication by a general line is possible. Thus, the hot line for a satellite can be installed without raising the grade of the exchange 1 of an existing network.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the service by the user by setting the initial mode at initializing, giving an input signal only to an initializing processing means, switching the mode to the normal operation mode applying normal exchange at the end of initializing and giving the inputted command to the normal exchange means. CONSTITUTION:The initializing means 54 executing initializing in response to the inputted initializing command and a normal exchange processing means analyzing the inputted command and executing the exchange processing in response to the command are provided. Moreover, the initializing mode and normal exchange job mode are provided, and at the initializing, the mode is set to the initializing mode to give the input signal to the initializing processing means 54 and the normal operation mode applying normal exchange job at the end of initializing is switched and the inputted command is given to the normal exchange processing means by a changeover means 51. Thus, no input analysis is required in the initial processing and the execution of processing is quickened and the initializing is finished at a prescribed time and the user service is improved.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simulate a noise generated on an actual transmission line with a small memory capacity by adding soft discrimination noise data extracted to a digital input signal. CONSTITUTION:A normal pseudo random number is stored in a ROM 1 as soft discrimination noise data and an output of an M series generating circuit 7 designates an address of the ROM 1 at random. Then the normal pseudo random number corresponding to the address of the ROM 1 is extracted by the M series data S7 generated from the circuit 7 and an exclusive OR gate 5 ORs it with a digital transmission signal S3 exclusively and the result is outputted as a soft discrimination data S5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for managing an entry into a room, which can be easily utilized by a user, and which permit the entry of only a person having the regular right to enter facilities. SOLUTION: This system comprises: a lighting unit 1 which transmits a modulated door ID signal modulated by utilizing visible light for being applied to a preset irradiation range; a portable terminal 2 which is carried by the user, and which receives, modulates and wirelessly transmits the modulated door ID signal from the lighting unit 1; an authentication unit 3 which receives a door ID from the portable terminal 2 so as to determine whether or not the door ID is a regular one, and which generates unlocking instructions when determining that the door ID is the regular one; and a door 4 which is provided in the facilities for managing the entry into the room, and which is unlocked by receiving the unlocking instructions from the authentication unit 3. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handover processing system of a mobile communication system, which allows handover processing to be independently performed within an IP network to enable flexible services to subscribers. SOLUTION: When a radio terminal PS 3 moves to a call area 3 after a VoIP connection utilizing an IP network DN (communication path A) is formed between a PS 1 and the PS 3, the PS 3 originates a call for handover to a base station CS 3, and the CD 3 transmits this call to a gateway device 30. The gateway device 30 switches a base station CS if a source call to be handed over exists within the device itself. When the source call doesn't exist there, the gateway device 30 inquires of adjacent gateway devices about whether the source call exist within them or not and acquires a connection destination gateway device in response to obtaining a reply showing the existence of the source call and forms a VoIP connection to the connection destination gateway device to form a connection for handover (communication path C). SOLUTION: A periodic filter 1 periodically separates a wavelength multiplexed light comprising multiplexed wavelength lights λ1, λ2, etc., into wavelength groups comprising wavelength lights of (λ1, λp+1, λ2p+1, etc.), (λ2, λp+2, λ2+2, etc.), etc. Then an optical exchange section 3 selects an wavelength group, Differentiating the period (p) of the periodic optical filter 1 from the period (q) of a periodic optical filter 2 can output the wavelength lights included in each wavelength group from different separate ports of the periodic optical filter 2 so as to completely separately the wavelength light.

PURPOSE:To automatically transit the titled equipment to a new communication line without intermission of communication and without delay of connection by assigning an idle line when it is available between earth stations in operation so as to continue the communication with respect to a line assignment request with high priority. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal equipment 3-3 of a station 3 presents a line assignment request with high priority to a line used between stations 1, 2, a network control processor (NCP) 2 investigates whether or not the requested line or unit band or the like is in use by referencing a table representing the line setting state possessed by itself to seek an idle line. As a result, when an idle line exists, the NCP 2 assigns the line to station control processors (SCPs)1-1, 1-2 newly and issues a command to the SCPs 1-1, 1-2 to change the trunk. After the transition of line is finished, the NCP 2 sends a line release signal to the SCPs 1-1, 1-2 to release the line in use so far and sends the line assignment signal to the SCP 1-3.

PURPOSE:To contrive to shorten a connection-waiting time for each earth station by dividing all the earth stations into plural groups each including plural earth stations, making each group call by TDMA system, and making each earth station in the group call by random access system with slot. CONSTITUTION:One frame on a common line is constituted of four time slots, and each totalized time slot consists of two small time slots. This means that, in one frame, the frame's first and second small time slots are allocated to the group 1, the third and the fourth small time slots are to the group 2, the fifth and the sixth to the group 3, and the seventh and the eighth to the group 4. Each group of the stations calls by means of TDMA(time division multiple access) system against the totalized time slot, and each station on the earth forming each group calls by means of random access system with time slot against the small time slot. As a result, the waiting time for line connection of each station on the earth can be shortened, and the common line can be used effectively.

PURPOSE:To keep always a power level of each channel to a prescribed value even when the operating channel number is changed by controlling variably a power level of a multilex signal in response to the operating channel number and applying an output to a common demodulation circuit for demodulation. CONSTITUTION:The operating channel number is detected by a channel number detection circuit 3 from each channel output of a channel common demodulation circuit 2. Then the channel common AGC is controlled in response to the operating channel number detected by the channel number detection circuit 3 to keep the power level of each channel to a prescribed value at all times.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway apparatus capable of simply transmitting a PIAFS frame via an IP network so as to thereby relieve a charging load. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a call from a base station CS 1, the gateway apparatus 1 discriminates whether a connection destination adopts line switching connection or IP communication connection on the basis of number information in caller information. When the IP communication connection is available, the gateway apparatus 1 executes line exchange switch connection with an IP conversion section 14 and instructs the IP conversion section 14 to start IP communication using the PIAFS protocol together with a channel number connected by an internal control communication means. In this case, the IP conversion section 14 detects the PIAFS frame from bit data of a designated channel of a time division multiplex path 110, capsulates the frame into an IP packet and transmits the resulting packet to an access point 9.
