Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an insulation diagnosing device which can analyze a frequency to which phase information on voltage is added and can specify a partial discharge generating factor more accurately. CONSTITUTION:A phase of a partial discharge signal 1 is controlled by a phase control device 6 with a frequency of AC voltage impressed upon an AC apparatus as a reference. The partial discharge signal 1 whose phase is controlled is inputted as an input signal of a frequency analyzer 3, and a frequency is analyzed. It is preferable to divide the input signal to the frequency analyzer 3 into two, and leveling processing is carried out continuously on one by a leveling processing part, and after subtraction processing is carried out on the output signal and the other of the divided signal by a subtraction processing part, the frequency is analyzed. It is more preferable to store beforehand data with every generating factor by a diagnosis support device, and this storage data is compared with measurement data obtained from the frequency analyzer 3, and the existence of insulation abnormality and the generating factor are judged.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize compactness of a whole body of a disconnector, improve mechanical strength and electric insulation performance of a resistor body, and secure reliability for a long period by equalizing share of potential inside the resistor body, and reducing the length of the resistor body. CONSTITUTION:A movable side contact part 12 and a fixed side contact part 13 are disposed coaxially opposing to each other in a tank 11 for enclosing SF6 gas approximately of 3-6 atmospheric pressure inside, and a movable contact 14 slides linearly between these for opening/closing an electric circuit. A resistor body shield device 25 is disposed coaxially around the fixed side contact part 13. This resistor body shield device 25 is composed of a pair of an upper and a lower resistor body shields 26, 27, plural resistor bodies 28 of which upper ends are fixed to an inner surface of the resistor body shield 26, and of which lower ends are fixed to an inner surface of the resistor body shield 27, and which are installed on the fixed contact part 13, and an insulation pillar 29. The resistor body 28 comprises plural resistance wires wound inversely around an insulation rod and bound with a bonding agent to be fixed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a highly reliable disconnector with resistance excellent in various characteristics such as opening and closing characteristic and insulating performance by allowing to prevent the damage of a movable contact and a shield with resistance at minimum. CONSTITUTION:A disconnector with resistance has a movable side electrode 2 and fixed side electrode 3 arranged opposite to each other; a movable contact 4 arranged in such a manner as to be capable of sliding to the movable side electrode 2 and touched to and separated from the fixed side electrode 3 by its axial reciprocation; and a shield 5 with resistance provided on the outer circumferential part of the fixed side electrode 3. The movable contact 4 and the shield 5 with resistance are constituted in such a manner that the gap length between them is circumferentially uneven. Desirably, arc resisting materials 4a, 5a are locally provided on either one or both of the flashover generating parts of the movable contact 4 and the shield 5 with resistance.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform the discrimination of a partial discharge generating factor and the accurate location of a position by dividing one electrode of a sheet like piezoelectric composite material sensor into a plurality of electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric composite sensors 10a, 10b ate attached to the inner surface of a hermetically sealed container 1. Didided conductive rubber electrodes 20 constituted so as to be divided into an mXn matrix form are provided on the side of the container 1 and a conductive rubber electrode 12 is provided on the side of a high voltage conductor 2. The metal foreign matter mixed into the container 1 gets about along the bottom surface of the container 1 by the AC voltage applied to the high voltage conductor 2 and collides with the bottom surface of the container to generate mechanical vibration and partial discharge. These vibration and discharge are positionally changed every hr but, since the piezoelectric composite material sensors 10 are arranged over a wide range, the positions thereof are accurately detected. That is, the signals obtained from a plurality of the sensors 10 arranged in the matrix form are sent to the measuring device provided to the outside of the container and the patterns of the detection signals of said sensors are judged to accurately discriminate an abnormal state.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress surge voltage when a reactor is switched and to remove residual charges from a power cable or a capacitor quickly, reliably and safely by inserting a resistor in series with a switch. CONSTITUTION:A reactor unit 10 comprises a resistor 2, a switch 3 and a reactor 4 connected in series. Consequently, the reactor 4 is switched 3 through the resistor 2 at all times. Abnormal voltage, i.e., switching surge, occurring through electrical resonance of the capacitance of a power cable 1 and the inductance of the reactor 4 is thereby suppressed through the resistor 2. The reactor unit also serves as a unit for discharging the residual charges from the power cable. According to the constitution, surge voltage can be suppressed sufficiently and residual charges can be removed reliably, quickly and safely from the power cable or the capacitor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the trap of a metal foreign material to a high voltage conductor due to a switching operation with a simple means and restrain the occurrence of straight polarity voltage by maintaining the predetermined relationship of field strength between the side of arc occurrence and a load side electrode. CONSTITUTION:A metal container 6 with an insulation gas 7 sealed therein is provided with a power supply side shield electrode 1 including the movable electrode 5 of arc occurrence side supported on an insulation spacer 8, and a load side shield electrode 2 opposed thereto. The radius of curvature of the surface of the aforesaid electrode 3 is so constituted as to be smaller than the radius of curvature of the electrode 2, and field strength on the surface of the electrode 3 is so set as to be larger than field strength on the surface of the electrode 2. Due to the aforesaid electrical asymmetry, the residual voltage of a load side bus bar becomes straight polarity and extremely small. As a result, the trap of a metal foreign material to a high voltage conductor due to a switching operation is prevented with a simple means and the occurrence of straight polarity surge voltage is restrained.

A superconducting cable 1 with high critical current density can be thereby obtained, the eddy current loss for tanks 6-8 can be reduced, and the load of a refrigerator can be reduced that much.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a very fast pulse waveform by inserting a capacitor in parallel between a waveform shaping cable and a high voltage DC power supply and providing as required a trigger gap in parallel with the capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 10 is inserted in parallel with a waveform shaping cable 1 between a charging resistor 7 and the waveform shaping cable 1. Through the constitution above, the waveform shaping cable 1 and the capacitor 10 are charged in advance by using a high voltage DC power supply 6 and a charging resistor 7 to supply the electric charge of the capacitor 10 to the load side succeedingly via the waveform shaping cable 1 even when the electric charge charged in the waveform shaping cable 1 is discharged. A trigger capacitor 11 and a trigger power supply 12 to drive the gap are fitted in parallel with the capacitor 10. Through the constitution above, the pulse width is varied very easily by varying the delay time.
