Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a contamination of a tube bulb and to improve the efficiency of the sealing work by evacuating the tube bulb in an inert gas ambiance in an airtight chamber, accommodating the evacuated tube bulb in a small compartment in the airtight chamber, and exposing it together with the small compartment to the outer air. CONSTITUTION:A luminous tube 8 and substances to be enclosed such as an enclosure capsule 9 and the like are accommodated in an inlet body 4 of an airtight box 2, and after degasing, Ar gas is filled at the pressure of the same level as the airtight box 2. An inner lid 6 of the inlet body 4 is opened, the enclosures are sealed in the luminous tube 8 in the airtight box 2, and the airtight box 2 is evacuated through an evacuation head 45. After that, the luminous tube 8 is accommodated airtight in a small compartment in the airtight box 2 by a movable chamber 22. The evacuation of the luminous tube 8 can be carried out through a tube bulb evacuation pipe 43 without receiving a contamination by the air. The Ar gas in the movable chamber 22 is exchanged through a gas exchange pipe 44, but the amount of the exchange is little, and the work is carried efficiently.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a printer to be placed in a small space without impairing noise characteristics or aesthetic properties, by providing a paper-containing part for containing paper in an upright condition in a flat casing, and a paper- feeding system for vertically feeding the paper taken out of the paper-containing paper. CONSTITUTION:A paper-containing part 20 of a casing 10 for a main part of a printer which has a flat shape holds paper P... in an upright condition, and paper-feeding rollers 26 in a paper-feeding system receive the paper taken out by a paper taking-out roller 25, and feed the paper in the direction of an arrow. This upright-type printer 41 is embedded in a main body 40 of a partition capable of being divided in a vertical direction. Since the upright-type printer 41 having a flat casing structure is embedded in the main body 40 of the partition, the printer 41 can be placed while effectively utilizing an extremely limited small space. In addition, since the printer 41 is embedded into the main body 40 of the partition, leaving a front part exposed, the noise level in the vicinity of the printer is greatly reduced, and the printer can be placed without impairing aesthetic properties.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a luminous tube suitable to a mass production, with little leakage of the luminous tube, and to prevent a deterioration in property owing to evaporation or dissipation of the enclosed substance, by using a blockade of an electroconductive cermet to support the electrode in a solid phase adhesion so as to seal up the both ends of the tube, and placing an auxiliary electrode supported by the cermet blockade. CONSTITUTION:The both end openings 1a and 1b of a luminous tube bulb 1 is sealed up by a solid phase adhesion with blockades 2A and 2B respectively. The blockades are made of an electroconductive cermet consisting of a sintered body of a mixture of 85wt% alumina and 15wt% tungsten powder, for example. At one of the blockades 2B, a small hole 3 of about 3mm bore is arranged for feeding and exhaust purpose. The small hole 3 is used for air exhaust from the tube and for feeding the enclosed substance, and it is finally sealed up air-tight by a plug 5 and a glass solder 4 mainly of alumina, silica, and the like, for example. The outer part 5a of the plug 5 is made of an electrically insulating ceramics such as an alumina ceramics, for example, and the inner part 5b of the plug 5 is of an electroconductive cermet. An auxiliary electrode 6 is supported by the cermet of the inner part 5b by a direct adhesion.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure such a lamp that is suitable for mass production and less in a fear of leaking a light emitting tube as well as to prevent its characteristic from dropping due to evaporative dissipation of a sealed material, by sealing each opening part at both ends of a light emitting tube bulb with each blocking body consisting of a conductive cermet by means of solid phase joining, and installing a small hole for feed and exhaust use in one side of the blocking bodies. CONSTITUTION:Each opening part at both ends of a light emitting tube bulb 1 consisting of translucent ceramic, for example, translucent alumina ceramic is sealed by means of solid phase joining. As for conductive cermet-make blocking bodies 2A and 2B, a small hole 3 for feed and exhaust use is installed in the one side 2B. This small hole 3 is used for exhaust in a tube and feed of a sealed material, it is airtightly closed by glass solder 4 making alumina, silica, etc., a main component. Sealing processes for each of these opening parts 1a and 1b at both ends of the light emitting tube bulb by these blocking bodies 2A and 2B are no longer required to be separately done each, and they are performable with one process, so that production efficiency is improvable, suitable for mass production and, what is more, a light emitting tube leak from the sealed part is reducible.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the sealing part excellent in airtightness, a good lamp property and a long life property by performing the second process, where the side of one end sealing part of a luminous tube bulb is cooled and the other end opening part heat-sealed with a block body, while arranging a heat insulating body on the end part peripheral surface of the luminous tube bulb. CONSTITUTION:One end opening part of a luminous tube bulb 1 is firstly sealed airtightly with a block body 2A supporting an electrode 4A through glass solder while an enclosure 7 is thrown into from the other opening part for falling down on the inside end surface of the block body 2A while staying there. Next, the previously sealed one tube end side is clutched by a water-cooling aluminium chuck 11 for being cooled while a glass solder molded body 3A is heat-molten to permeat the peripheral surface of the block body 2B and the gap part of the inside surfaces of a throughhole 8 and the luminous tube bulb 1 for being solidified and secondary sealed. Since a heat insulating body 6B is provided on the end part peripheral surface of the luminous bulb 1, heating can be performed with no temperature difference tube lengthwise of the bulb end part as well as between the inside end surface 2Bb and the outside end surface of the block body 2B thus forming the airtight sealing part. Further, the second sealing can be performed while cooling thus causing no evaporation or scattering of the enclosure 7 and preventing the lowering of the lamp property.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for preparing in advance a special mask pattern by utilizing an image which has been photographed by a camera device, as a mask pattern, superposing an image whose angle has been changed, on this mask pattern and inspecting a difference of both of them. CONSTITUTION:An image 1a of an annular fluorescent lamp 1, which has been photographed by a camera device 3 is fed into an image processor 5. In the image processor 5, the image 1a of the fluorescent lamp 1, which has been fed in from said camera device 3 is inputted and stored in a storage part 6. Subsequently, in a comparing part 8, an image 1b which has been brought to turning processing by a prescribed angle by an image turning part 7, and the image 1a which is stored in said storage part 6 and not turned are superposed and compared. In such a way, it becomes unnecessary to prepare in advance a special mask pattern.
