    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve maintenability and safety of circuit breakers and to make them small-sized, by housing earth switches for the maintenance of breakers in the units on bus bar sides. CONSTITUTION:Moving pieces of disconnectors 14a and 14b of the 1st and 2nd bus bar sides are connected to three-phase main bus bars 13a and 13b provided horizontally at right angle to the axis of a circuit breaker container 6. The stators of disconnectors 14a and 14b on bus bar sides are connected to circuit breaker connecting terminal sections 17a and 17b on bus bar sides after they are passed through earth switches 30a and 30b for maintenance, of which stators are provided on the conductor in the extending direction of the stators for disconnectors 14a and 14b on bus bar sides. Moving pieces are arranged which move horizontally to the stators and come into contact with the abovementioned stators. After the breaker 6 is removed, the earth switches 30a and 30b for the maintenance of breakers are left in the units on bus bar sides and the disconnectors 14a and 14b become earthed, so that there will be no danger of electric shock at work.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To inhibit the heat generation of the small diametral section of a bus conductor, and to miniaturize and economize a conductor connector by using aluminum as the large-diametral section conductor of the bus conductor, employing the copper of a material having conductivity higher than the large- diametral section conductor as a small-diametral section conductor and joining both members. CONSTITUTION:In a bus conductor 2, aluminum is used as the material of a large diametral section conductor 2a, copper having conductivity higher than the aluminum of the large-diametral section conductor 2a is employed as the material of a small-diametral section conductor 2b, both members are joined through friction welding, and the small-diametral section conductor 2b is inserted into the conductive contact 4 of e bus conductor 3. Friction welding is conducted in such a manner that the large-diametral section conductor 2a composed of aluminum is turned, the small-diametral section conductor 2b is contact-pressed against the pressure-welding surface of the large-diametral section conductor 2a, frictional heat is generated and both members are joined. Accordingly, the conductor temperature of the small-diametral section conductor can be inhibited, and the distance of insulation with a metallic vessel is ensured.

CONSTITUTION:The first groove is provided at the side near a fixed contact 3 at the inner wall of a movable side high pressure conductor 20 (the immediately upper side of the movable side contact 4), and in this groove, the first sliding ring 11 is installed. The outer periphery surface of a movable rod 21 is composed to slide along the inner surface of the first sliding ring 11. At the upper end outer periphery surface of the movable rod 21, the second groove is furnished, in which the second sliding ring 22 is installed, which moves up and down linking to the switching operation of the movable side high pressure conductor 20. In such a composition, the switching operation of the movable rod to slide in the movable side high pressure conductor can be held by two sliding rings, and moreover, the length of the movable rod and the movable side high pressure conductor can be minimized.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a flange and the ingress of water due to said deformation by installing each stud to flanges on an extended and connected line from the center of a circle for arranging tightening bolts to each tightening bolt at both the ends of a bellows. CONSTITUTION:A bellows 1 tends to extend to its axial direction by a gas pressure of a high-pressure insulating gas inside bellows bus 15 but is restricted by studs connecting flanges 12 and 13. As a reaction, a tensile load occurs at a stud 4 and tends to separate the flanges 12 and 13 from flanges 6 and 8. Here, the mounting position of the stud 4 is on a line extended from a line L connecting a bolt 10a at a predetermined position to a center O of a circle S connecting the mounting positions for bolts 10, so that any deformation of flanges 12 and 13 to a shape shown by dotted lines can be prevented by the presence of the bolt 10a at a predetermined position. By doing this, the deformation of flanges 12 and 13 can be prevented and the ingress of water from a deformed portion can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a three-phase integral type gas insulation switch device of a small size and with a high reliability by incorporating an earthing circuit conductor with a short-circuit member in a container. CONSTITUTION:A three-phase of movable side contact 3 is connected in a short- circuit inside a container 5 by using a metallic shortcircuit plate 8, and a thick earthing circuit conductor 4 is drawn out from the short-circuit position, insulated from the container 5, and picked up out of the container 5 through a rod of bushing 6 which penetrates the container 5. As a result, the earthing circuit conductor 4 will do in a single rod, and the distance between phases is not necessary to secure. Consequently, a small size of the container 5 is realized. At the same time, since the gas seal member 9 is necessary only at one position, the reliability of the gas airtightness is improved.
