Abstract: An example operation includes one or more of determining a severity and a duration of a predicted deficiency of a renewable energy source in an area, responsive to the severity being above a first threshold and the duration being above a second threshold, providing stored energy from energy storage units in the area during the duration to overcome a portion of the predicted deficiency, and responsive to the severity being further above a third threshold and the duration being above a fourth threshold, providing stored energy from vehicles in the area during the duration to overcome another portion of the predicted deficiency, wherein the third threshold is greater than the first threshold, and the fourth threshold is greater than the second threshold.
