A first wire 6 is wound layer by layer in three or more odd numbers of layers on the first winding, the start-of-winding end side of the innermost layer, i.e. the first layer, is located on the first flange 4 side and connected with a second terminal 82, and the end-of-winding side of the outermost layer, i.e. a final layer, is located on the second flange 5 side and connected with a fourth terminal 92. A second wire 7 is wound layer by layer in three or more odd numbers of layers on the second winding, the start-of-winding end side of the innermost layer, i.e. the first layer is located on the second flange 5 side and connected with a third terminal 91, and the end-of-winding side of the outermost layer, i.e. the final layer, is located on the first flange 4 side and connected with a first terminal 81. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a coil part which inhibits variations of Q-characteristics by inhibiting quantitative variations in an adhesive adhering to a core and prevents the core from being broken. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the coil part, an elastic plate 102 comprised of silicon rubber is placed on the upper surface of metal frame 101. Subsequently, a kapton tape is cut off to form a kapton sheet and the kapton sheet is placed on the elastic plate 102. Then, an adhesive is applied to the kapton sheet. Positions in which the adhesive is applied are approximate centers in the longitudinal and width directions of the kapton sheet, and only a minimum necessary amount of the adhesive is applied to secure the kapton sheet to a drum core with the adhesive. Then, the drum core around which a conductive wire is wound is pressed one by one to the kapton sheet on the elastic plate 102 via the adhesive to manufacture the coil part 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating stripping method of an insulated conductor that makes it possible to strip its coating unfailingly without deteriorating the properties of the conductor. SOLUTION: At the stripping portion 1C specified at the end of the insulated conductor, pulse laser is radiated on the surface of a core wire 1A. Its surface temperature is caused to rise sharply, so that polyamideimide constituting an insulation coating 1B of an interface 1a causes a chemical change of gasification without melting and a bubble 1b is generated on the interface 1a. The bubble 1b is expanded instantly to explode and scatter the coating 1B. Through these coating stripping processes, the insulation coating 1B at the stripping portion 1C is stripped. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a coil component capable of surely separating a coating without deteriorating various properties of a coiled conductive wire. SOLUTION: The coil component is equipped with a core constituted of a coiled core unit and a pair of flanges provided at both ends of the coiled core unit; and a conductive wire 3 having metal terminals provided on the pair of flange units, a core wire 3A, and coating 3B for covering the core wire 3A. The component is manufactured by carrying out a winding process for winding the conductive wire 3 around the coiled core unit, a cutting process for cutting the conductive wire to a length capable of being jointed to the metal terminals, a coating separating process for generating bubbles 3b in the interface between the core wire 3A and the coating 3B by irradiating pulse laser to the conductive wire to burst and disperse the coating 3B by the expansion of the bubbles 3b, and a wire jointing process for jointing the peeled conductive wire of coating 3B to the metal terminals. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon transformer which uses a drum type core and whose primary winding and secondary winding are different in number of turns. SOLUTION: The balloon transformer includes the drum type core 110 having a core portion 111 and a pair of collar portions 112 and 113, terminal electrodes 141 to 144 provided to the collar portions 112 and 113, and windings 131 and 132 wound around the core portion 111. The number of turns of the winding 131 is larger than that of the winding 132, and the winding 131 has a parallel winding portion 131x wound in parallel along the winding 132 and a cross winding portion 131y wound crossing the winding 132, the parallel winding portion 131x being longer than the cross winding portion 131y. A decrease in magnetic balance caused when the windings 131 and 132 are unevenly wound is suppressed while a decrease in magnetic coupling caused by the cross winding portion 131x is suppressed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a coil component wherein windings can properly be joined in a state that the windings and metallic terminals are surely electrically connected. SOLUTION: The winding 30 clamped between second terminals 44, 54 and first side-parts 46, 56 is fixed to each of the metallic terminals 41, 42, 51, 52. The sheath of the winding 30 fixed to each of the metallic terminals 41, 42, 51, 52 and corresponding to at least second-side parts 47, 57 is removed by laser emission. The parts of the winding 30 from which the sheath is removed are clamped by second terminals 44, 54 and the second-side parts 47, 57, and then fixed to each of the metallic terminals 41, 42, 51, 52. The parts of the winding 30 from which the sheath is removed and each of the metallic terminals 41, 42, 51, 52 are welded to the second side-parts 47, 57 by laser emission or arc welding. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component which is capable of suppressing backlashes from occurring between the flange of a core and an electrode. SOLUTION: A second side surface includes a first plane 17a and a second plane 17b. The second plane 17b, as viewed from the axial direction of a core, is located closer to the core than the first plane 17a, and moreover, as seen in a direction vertical to the axial direction of the core, located closer to the other second side surface than the first plane 17a. A recess 20 is provided over a boundary level difference between the planes 17a and 17b. Projections 48 and 49 are provided to the second parts 44 and 45 of a first electrode 41, at positions corresponding to the recesses 20 provided on the second side surface. The first electrode 41 is provided to the flange, through a means wherein the second side surface is pinched between the second parts 44 and 45 in a state with the projections 48 and 49 being installed in the corresponding recesses 20.
