Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the blood purifying device which is small and light and has excellent operability by respectively disposing operating sections and display sections atop the device body, various kinds of feed and discharge means likewise on the front surface and various kinds of monitor means, opening/closing means and transfer means, etc., likewise on the flanks. CONSTITUTION:Blood is transferred by a blood pump 6 to a blood purifying device 7 at the time of purifying the blood of a human body. An anti-blood clotting agent is injected by a drug injecting pump into the blood at this time. The dialyzate in a dialyzate container 12 is supplied by a dialyzate pump 10 into the blood purifying device 7. Further, the dialyzate taking the waste materials in the blood therein is discharged to the outside of the system by a discharge pump 8. On the other hand, the replenishing liquid in a replenishing liquid container 13 is supplied by a replenishing liquid pump 9 into the blood to be returned to the human body after purification. The operating sections and display sections 1 to 5 for various kinds of pumps are respectively disposed atop the device body and various kinds of the pressure monitor mechanisms 15a to 15c, the bubble monitor mechanisms 14 and opening/closing mechanism 16 are respectively disposed on the flanks of the device body.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To carry out the crease formation of an original member tubular articles and thermal fixation of the crease shape at the same time by constituting the title crease formation device from a screw rod, screw rod turning member for turning the screw rod, divided nut part for pressing the original member tubular article installed on the screw rod to the screw rod from outside, and a divided nut heating mechanism for heating the divided nut part to a prescribed temperature. CONSTITUTION:A screw rod 9 on which an original member tubular article 20 is installed is fixed on the upper and lower chucks 8. An air cylinder 4 is lowered to the upper edge position of the original member tubular article 20. The left and right air cylinders 4 are operated from the perfect opening to the perfect closure, and a divided nut 6 is pressed on the screw rod 9 from the left and right, and the air cylinder 4 is perfectly closed for about 1-3sec., and crease formation and the thermal fixation due to the heating of the divided nut 6 by a cartridge heater 15 are carried out, and after the left and right air cylinders 4 are operated from the perfect closure to the perfect opening, the screw rod 9 is turned by a certain angle (about 300-340 deg.), and the divided nut 6 is lowered in a certain pitch (integer times of the turning pitch of the screw rod 9), and this operation is repeated, and then the original member tubular article 20 is crease-formed in a prescribed length, and the air cylinder 4 is perfectly opened. Then, the air cylinder 4 is raised, and crease formation is completed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily assemble a tube circuit by fitting a tube hook to a fixed plate integrally and fitting a tube circuit to this tube hook freely attachably and detachably. CONSTITUTION:The tube hook 11 provided integrally on the fixed plate 7 is arranged at a specific position such as an important placed for the positioning of a tube 5 and an end part of the fixed plate like both ends of a flow passage opening/closing valve 6. When a tube used for the piping unit is used for an RI automatic dispensing device, a tube made of vinyl chloride is used and when tubes used for other devices vary in external diameter, the size of a tube hook is also varied correspondingly. Thus, the piping unit in use is formed by integrating the fixed plate and tube hook and the tube circuit is fitted to the tube hook freely attachably and detachably, so an equipment fitting hole part 14 is only pressed onto a guide pin to enable the fitting to the device.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce burden of managing body fluid balance of a patient to an operator, by providing a volume measuring means for measuring intermittently filtrate flow volume on an exhausting side of a filtrate pump, and controlling rotating speed of the filtrate pump so that the obtained measured value of filtrate is matched with a set value. CONSTITUTION: Filtrate is flowed into a measuring container 7 when an opening/ closing valve 9 is opened and a filtrate clamp 8 is closed during rotating a filtrate pump 3. The filtrate clamp 8 is opened while the opening/closing valve 9 is opened thereby the filtrate in the measuring container 7 is flowed out when surface of liquid is beyond a lower filtrate level sensor 10a and reaches an upper level sensor 10b. These operations are repeated at a specified interval, and a time necessary for flowing into the measuring container 7 is measured as the time until the liquid surface is beyond the lower filtrate level sensor 10a and reaches the upper filtrate level sensor 10b, the flow volume of the filtrate pump 3 is calculated from this time and the volume of the measuring container 7. The rotating speed of the filtrate pump 3 is controlled so that this filtrate flow volume is matched with the set value.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To conduct the divided injection of RI solution with a precise radioactive amount by sucking the air corresponding to the tube internal capacity of a drain route and draining the tube internal solution with the air as a buffer to drain a solution remaining in the tube by a syringe. CONSTITUTION:A piston 8 is pulled out from the point (a) to the air sucking termination point (b) by a driving device 7 to suck the air corresponding to the tube 5 inner capacity into a syringe 2. The piston 8 is pulled out up to the solution sucking termination point (c) to sample a determined amount of RI original solution into the syringe 2 from a RI vial 1. The piston 8 is pushed in up to the point (a) of the syringe 2 with the air as a buffer material, and the determined amount of the RI original solution is injected into a diluting vial 4. According to the above constitution, the top end part 12 of the piston 8 is never made in contact with the RI original solution, and thus, by conducting sampling and injection by the same procedure on and after the following divided injection operation, the radioactive amounts of the RI solution injected in the diluting vial and the raveling vial are made precise.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a reduction in the possibility of radiation exposure by introducing a determined amount of radioisotope(RI) solution direct into a diluting vial from a IR generator integrally combined into a device by on-line and measuring its radioactivity. CONSTITUTION:A determined amount of RI solution is sampled into a syringe 32 from a RI generator 30 by the opening and closing of opening and closing valves 36, 37 and the operation of the piston 35 of the syringe 32, then the determined amount of the RI solution is injected into a diluting vial 31. The radioactive strength of this RI solution is measured by a radiation detector. On the other hand, a determined amount of physiological salt solution from a physiological salt solution vessel is sampled into a syringe 40, and then the opening and closing valve 39 is opened to inject the determined amount of the physiological salt solution to the diluting vial 31. Hence, the specific radioactivity can be determined from the amount introduced into the vial 31 and the radioactive strength measured by the radiation detector. As a determined amount of the RI solution can be automatically obtained direct from the RI generator in this way, the possibility of radiation exposure of operators can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a sustaining liquid purifier with excellent operability and measuring accuracy by individually and intermittently measuring the flow rates of dialysis, replenisher and waste liquor to adjust the number of revolutions of corresponding pumps so that the actually measured values obtained coincide with respective set values. CONSTITUTION: Pumps 5 to 3 are functioned independently to individually and intermittently measure a the flow rates of a dialysis liquid, a replenisher and a waste liquor, respectively. When the flow rate of the dialysis liquid flowing through the dialysis liquid pump 5 is lower then a set value, the number of revolution of the pump 5 is increased and when it is higher, the number of revolutions of the pump 5 is decreased. In this manner, the flow rate is controlled to a value closer to the set value. When the flow rate of the resplenisher flowing through the replenisher pump 4 is lower than a set value, the number of revolutions of the replenisher pump 4 is increased and when it is higher, the number of revolutions of the replenisher pump 4 is decreased. When the flow rate of the waste liquor flowing through the waste liquor pump 3 is lower than a set value, the number of revolution of the waste liquor 3 is increased and when it is higher, the number of revolutions of the pump 3 is decreased.
