    Abstract: PURPOSE:To achieve improvement of precision in levelling by a method wherein response speed of levelling regulating operation can be raised. CONSTITUTION:A movable platen 3 is preliminarily pushed on a fixed platen side, and each levelling regulation rod 14 is brought into contact with each corresponding rod receiving part 29 to regulate a zero point. Thereafter, clamping operation is carried out with a clamping cylinder 6 under a state wherein each levelling regulation rod 14 is sent out respectively by the same distance toward each rod receiving part 29 at a transfer position of the movable platen 3. Then, by bringing all levelling regulation rods 14 in contact with the rod receiving part 29, levelling regulation is carried out.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the production of high-dense sintered products from an ultrafinely pulverized ZrB2 of not so high purity, by adding an organosilicon compound, which can be converted mainly into SiC by pyrolysis, to a ZrB2 forming the mixture, and firing under normal pressure. CONSTITUTION:ZrB2 is pulverized to less than 10mu particle sizes. The ZrB2 powder is combined with an organosilicon compound which can be converted into mainly SiC by pyrolysis. The organosilicon compound has the main skeleton mainly composed of Si and C atoms and the side-chains almost of which are converted into amorphous products or fine particles over 600 deg.C. The amount of the silicon compound is preferably about 5-40wt.% based on the ZrB2 powder. The mixture is formed, gradually burned in an inert atmosphere up to 500 deg.C to remove plasticizers or such and sintered at about 2,000-2,200 deg.C under normal pressure.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good appearance with a high surface glossiness by a method in which the surface of a resin sheet confronting the molding surface of a mold is coated with a rustproof lubricating agent in an amount sufficient to fill up the recessed parts of a microscopically uneven surface of the resin sheet in advance by immersion, brushing, or spraying. SOLUTION: Before a resin sheet S is inserted between both opened molds, the surface confronting the mold (a mold cavity surface) of the resin sheet S or the surface of the resin sheet is coated with a rustproof lubricating agent by immersion, brushing, or spraying; however, both may be coated. During injection, the rustproof lubricating agent applied in advance of mold closing on the surface confronting a mold cavity 5 surface of the resin sheet S is present between the mold cavity 5 surface and the resin sheet surface, is deformed with the mold closing operation, and does a lubricating action to the resin sheet surface sliding on the mold cavity surface, encloses the recessed parts in the microscopic unevenness of the mold cavity 5 surface, and forms a king of smooth surface.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To form a film of high quality having good dimensional accuracy by lifting a movable platen at a time of the filling with a coating material after the solidification of a primary molded product to provide a secondary space between the primary molded product and a movable mold and performing level adjustment by using a precise mold opening quantity control device. CONSTITUTION: The reference point of the platen adjusting mechanism 11 between a movable mold 2 and a fixed mold 4 is adjusted and a movable platen 3 is allowed to gradually fall to be moved up to a mold clamping position where the movable mold 2 comes into contact with the fixed mold 4. After mold clamping, the cavity formed by both molds is filled with a molten resin and the resin is solidified to obtain a primary molded product. Next, predetermined force is applied to the respective corresponding receiving parts 29 by respective adjusting rods 14 to lift the movable platen 3 by the quantity corresponding to the film thickness of a coating material to form a secondary space between the primary molded product and the movable mold to fill the same with the coating material but, when biased pressure is generated by filling at this time, the deviation of the forces F2 generated by the adjusting rods 14 is operated and a screw shaft part 16 is rotated to keep the movable platen 3 horizontal. After the coating material is solidified, a molded product is taken out.

CONSTITUTION: Four movable side adjusting units 12 mounted on the side of a movable platen 3 and four fixed side adjusting units 13 mounted on the side of a fixed platen 5 are provided to a platen distance adjusting mechanism 11 and adjusting rods 14 are provided to the movable platen 3. A plurality of the rod receiving parts 29 arranged in opposed relation to the respective adjusting rods 14 in a spaced apart state and coming into contact with the adjusting rods 14 and the load sensors 30 detecting the contact pressures of the adjusting rods 14 with the rod receiving parts are provided to the fixed side adjusting unit 13. In the mold clamping control in compression molding, a mold clamping force control unit 32 and a speed servo control unit 34 are controlled on the basis of the detection signals from the load sensors 30.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent irregular thickness of a laminated molding by a method wherein a skin material is supplied, a melted resin is patterned in a mold and the skin material is laminated on the surface at the same time, it is cooled and solidified so as to obtain a molding which comprises a core material of a thermoplastic resin and the skin material. CONSTITUTION: A skin material 50 is supplied in between opened movable mold 2 and fixed mold 4 and the movable mold 2 is gradually lowered. The skin material 50 is pinched by the molds 2 and 4. Remaining air in between the skin material 50 and the movable mold 2 is deaerated by a vacuum pump 60 so as to stick to the mold face of the movable mold 2, and the molds are clamped in a state that a space of a cavity 45 is ensured. Before charging of a core material resin, when leveling adjustment of the removable mold 2 is performed, a leveling adjustment control is performed so as to make a detection signal from each load sensor 30 become the same with an initial set value in a state that a mold clamping force F0 is added. In this state, the resin is injected for charging. At this time, an adjusting rod 14 is backed until the space of the cavity 45 becomes the same as a mold thickness, so that tilting of the movable mold 2 is prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To eliminate the irregularity of the injection filling quantity in a mold cavity by allowing a resin to flow back toward an injection screw while applying mold clamping force thereto and closing a shut-off valve when a movable mold reaches a set position. CONSTITUTION: The front and rear positions of a screw 11 are detected by a screw position detection part 31 to prescribe injection filling quantity. After mold clamping rising pressure reaches a set value, an oil pressure control valve 16 is controlled through an injection control part 21 while an oil pressure value is detected by an injection pressure detection part 22 to drive a reversible motor 13 and the piston of an injection cylinder 12 to perform the injection filling into the cavity part 35 formed by a movable mold 2 and a fixed mold 3. The movable mold 2 is moved in the direction separated from the fixed mold 3 by the balance of the pressure of a resin and the mold clamping force applied by a mold clamping cylinder 6 accompanied by injection filling. Simultaneously with the completion of injection, dwelling force is applied to the resin charged in the cavity part 35 while the advance limit position of the screw 11 is held.
