Abstract: A turbine engine includes a compressor section, a combustor in fluid communication with the compressor section, and a turbine section in fluid communication with the combustor section. The combustor includes a combustor region defined by at least one bulkhead panel and at least one heat shielding panel inside the combustor region. The at least one heat shielding panel is connected to the bulkhead panel via at least one cooled fastener.
