Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a rocket thrust chamber from a tube bank where the joined parts between two adjacent tubes are discontinuous and forms gaps. SOLUTION: Filler is filled in a gap between adjacent two pipes 16 to confine a patch 36, and then the tube bank and the patch 36 are heated to a conditioning temperature which is maintained until particles of the filler are sintered while a binder in the blocking material is evaporated. Then, melted metal is thermally sprayed onto the tube bank and the outer shells of the tube bank until the outer shells 26 of the pipes are coated therewith by a predetermined thickness. Thereafter, the metal having the predetermined thickness is machined into a structural jacket having predetermined dimensions.
