Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replaceable accessory cord and manual switch which are supported at the end of an electrically surgical operation equipment so that a surgeon, who controls the energy supply of the electrically surgical operation equipment to a patient, can access to the manual switch. SOLUTION: In a set 10 consisting of replaceable accessories and cord for an electrically surgical operation equipment 11 which is composed of a base 15 and a handle 26 held by a surgeon and an end tool of an end section 16 through which the electrically surgical operation energy is supplied to a patient, a cord 17 is electrically connected between the electrically surgical operation equipment generator and equipment using more than two conductors. A manual switch 19 with a normally open contact is placed near the base 15, one of the normally open contact is connected to an operating conductor, and the other of the operating conductor is connected to the other of the contact. A socket of the manual switch 19 is electrically connected to the normally open contact. A terminal disposed in the electrically surgical operation equipment 11 makes the socket in the electrical contact cooperate with the operating conductor, and an insulating support member 24 fitted in the manual switch 19 is engaged with the equipment to prevent relative action.
