    Abstract: Apparatus, and method, for expanding a liner patch in a tubular to seal a hole therein, comprises (a) a body having a top portion, a bottom portion and a middle portion having an outer diameter greater than the top portion and an outer diameter greater than the bottom portion; (b) a first set of fingers around the top portion of the body and a second set of fingers around the bottom portion of the body; (c) the arrangement being such that, in use, the fingers can be urged radially outwardly by displacement thereof over the middle portion. Also claimed are (i) a stroke indicator for a tubular patch expansion system for indicating that a stroke of the system has occurred; (ii) a wellbore tubular patch for patching a hole in a wellbore; and (iii) a tubular patch repair system for closing off a hole in a select tubular of a tubular string in a wellbore.
