Abstract: PURPOSE: A shaft locking device of a roller-blind is provided to easily perform the task of mounting the shaft on a vehicle by stably maintaining the winding state of a spring before mounting the shaft on the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A shaft locking device(100) of a roller-blind comprises a housing unit(110), a first cap(120), a rod(130) and an elastic spring(140). The housing unit has a cylinder shape and forms a shaft for a blind. The first cap comprises a first space part(121) and a second space part(123). At the first space part, a first through-hole(122) is formed in the longitudinal direction. The second space part is communicated with the first through-hole and a second through-hole(124) wider than the first through-hole is formed at the second space part. The rod is inserted into the housing unit through the through-hole of the first cap. The elastic spring applies the rotary elastic restoring force to the rod.
