Method and system for telephone communications on the Internet comprising a central server (1) and at least one web page server (2) connected to the Internet (I), with pages accessible from a user's computer (3) to contact with an agent (5) related to the web, and a PBX (7) or private automatic branch exchange connected to the central server (1) as a means for establishing communication, where the central server (1) controls the allocation of a DDI (4) to the web page server (2) by associating it with a unique PIN code (6) in order to establish a communication session, and the PBX (7) manages through the central server (1) and automatically the establishment of the communication between the DDI (4) and the user's telephone (8) that calls said DDI (4) and provides the PIN code (6).

System comprising a server of webpages (2) containing a form which is accesible from a remote computer (52) by the user, a main server (1) and a number of contact centres (4) which have, at least, a telephone terminal (43), a computer (44) and a webcam (41) connected to a videoconferencing server (42), to link an agent to the user, and a PBX or secondary automatic private centre (3) connected to the main server (1 ) to establish a telephone connection between the user and the agent, and the main server (1) comprises routing means of the computer (44) and of the videoconferencing server (42) of the contact centre (4). The procedure consists in that, once the form has been filled out, the PBX carries out a call to the user, and if picked up, searches for the most appropriate contact centre, establishing a direct telephone communication, while the main server (1) creates a videoconference virtual room through which the unidirectional video transmission of the webcam (41) is routed exclusively for the user.

System comprising an image server computer (4) accessible via telematics networks by some transmitting equipments (1 ) for transmitting of single images via TCP or HTTP protocol, but conforming consecutive sequences constituting an animation. The image server computer (4) comprises in its memory some memory spaces (5) where stores the last image received from each sequence transmitted by the transmitting equipment (1) according to a unique identifier "guid" code, updating in real-time said animation. The system comprises some receiving equipments (6) equipped with web browsers (7), in which it can be displayed the sequence of images received via HTTP protocol after a request to the image server computer (4) indicating the identifier "guid" via TCP or HTTP requests using standard TCP/IP communication sockets.
