Abstract:
An electromechanical cable that is crush-resistant and torque balanced is provided as well as a method for manufacturing a crush-resistant and torque balance electromechanical cable. The cable can include a core having a conductor surrounded by a first jacket layer, a second jacket layer surrounding the first jacket layer, a first armor layer surrounding second jacket layer, a third jacket layer surrounding the first armor layer, a second armor layer surrounding the third jacket layer, and a fourth jacket layer surrounding the second armor layer. The first armor layer can be constructed as a plurality of wires and compressed partially into the second jacket layer. The second armor layer can be constructed from a plurality of three-wire strands and/or single wires and compressed partially into the third jacket layer. The three-wire strands can be symmetric or asymmetric and can be compacted or non-compacted.

The wires can be copper or other conductive wires. The insulating jacket surrounding each set of wires or each conductor can be comprised of ethylene tetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene tape, perfluoroalkoxyalkane, fluorinated ethylene propylene or a combination of materials.

Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest lina druciana z wykonczeniem przez czernienie sluzaca do przedstawien teatralnych. Lina druciana obejmuje wiele zyl, które maja zamkniete ulozenie spiralne wzgledem siebie i sa scisniete. Kazda z zyl obejmuje drut srodkowy (12) spiralnie otoczony przez wiele drutów wewnetrznych (16), które sa spiralnie otoczone przez druty zewnetrzne tak, ze druty zewnetrzne (22) calkowicie zawieraja druty wewnetrzne. Drut srodkowy i druty wewnetrzne sa wytworzone z materialu galwanizowanego i pokryte smarem (20). Druty zewnetrzne sa wytworzone z materialu stalowego niepowlekanego. Kazda zyla jest scisnieta tak, ze druty zewnetrzne tworza szczelne zamkniecie mechaniczne dla ochrony drutów wewnetrznych. Wykonczenie przez czernienie na linie drucianej jest skutkiem obróbki tworzacej czarna powloke tlenkowa i zapewnia niska widocznosc liny drucianej podczas przedstawien teatralnych.

Los alambres pueden ser de cobre u otros alambras conductores. El forro que rodea cada conjunto de alambres o cada conductor puede estar comprendido de etileno-tetrafluoroetileno, politetraflouroetileno, cinta de politetraflouroetileno, perfluoroalcoxialcano, etoleno-propileno fluorado o una combinación de materiales.
