Abstract: This invention describes a high temperature aerosol decomposition reactor for producing metal containing materials and methods of producing metal containing materials using the same. The metal containing materials produced by the method of the present invention include metal oxides, catalytic compositions, superconducting materials, and electrically conducting ceramics.
