Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an electrostatic potential for ejecting a fluid inside an electrostatic fluid ejector. SOLUTION: The fluid ejector includes closed dual diaphragm structures 210 and 212, electrode structures 220 and 222 opposite in parallel to the diaphragm structures, and a structure for storing the fluid to be ejected. A diaphragm chamber 214 for storing a relatively non-compressive fluid is arranged behind diaphragms and is tightly closed by the diaphragms. At least, one nozzle hole 242 is formed to a front panel 240 of the ejector one upper than the diaphragms. A pressure is sent to the second diaphragm 212 by the deformation of the first diaphragm 210. The sent pressure and the relatively non-compressive fluid stored in the closed diaphragm chamber 214 deform the second diaphragm 212 in an opposite direction, whereby the fluid is forcibly ejected via the nozzle hole 242.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic driving system for realizing a fluid ejector insensitive to the physical properties of a fluid. SOLUTION: In the driving system for the fluid ejector 100 for discharging and replenishing the fluid, a magnetic field is generated by a coil or a magnetic material element, which is mounted inside the fluid ejector 100, and magnetic force in the magnetic field causes a change in volume capacity between a piston 110 and a face plate 120 for the purpose of discharging and replenishing the fluid.
