Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve particularly effective being used to operate paper, controlling a high flow rate by high speed with low pressure. SOLUTION: Each valve 10 has an opening plate 18 for specifying a long and narrow opening, and an opposed plate 20 arranged being spaced from the opening plate 18. A first edge of a flexible thin film 30 is fitted to the opening plate 18, and a second edge is fitted to the opposed plate 20. This flexible thin film 30 is moved in a continuously or discontinuously variable state to control the outflow of air from an opening 16.
