Abstract: The present invention provides a kind of inherent flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam. The production formula comprises 100 to 105 pbw of polyether polyol and reactive phosphorus-containing flame retardant, 2.5 to 3.5 pbw of amine catalyst, 0.8 to 2.5 pbw of tertiary amine catalyst, 0.8 to 2.5 pbw of foam stabilizer, 0.5 to 1.5 pbw of blowing agent, 135 to 150 pbw of isocyanates, and 0.05 to 0.1 pbw of organo-metallic catalyst, wherein the reactive phosphorus-containing flame retardant is 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol. The active monomers containing flame retarding elements are introduced into main chain and side chain of PU for modification, which permanently improves the flame retardancy of PU without obvious effect on other performance of PU matrix.

Abstract: Disclosed are a fluorine-silicon-containing polyphosphate ester and method for preparation thereof, having a chemical structural formula of: wherein R 1 is R 2 is n=10˜100. The fluorine-silicon-containing polyphosphate ester of the present invention uses silicon phosphorus and fluorine for improving flame retardancy. Phosphorus catalyzes the system to form a phosphorus-rich carbon layer, performing a protective-layer function and thereby preventing further breakdown of the epoxy resin. The silicon-containing epoxy resin forms a silica-containing carbon layer during the process of combustion, strengthening the carbon-layer structure and further improving the protective function of the carbon-layer. The introduction of elemental fluorine improves the thermal stability of the epoxy resin, thereby improving the flame retardancy performance of the system.

Abstract: Disclosed are a phosphaphenanthrene-structure reactive flame retardant and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises: enabling 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO), p-hydroxy benzaldehyde (4-HBA), and 5-aminomethyl-1,3-diphenyl-1,3,5-diphosphonitryl heterocycles to react under a certain condition to obtain the reactive flame retardant with a benzene ring rigid structure containing polyhydroxy. Compared with an ordinary flame retardant, the phosphaphenanthrene-structure reactive flame retardant has the characteristics that polyfunctionality is achieved, the molecular structure is stable, the hydrolysis resistance is better, and less migration in epoxy resin, moreover, the flame retardant property of the epoxy resin can be remarkably improved.
