Abstract:
A security key processing method for Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection re-establishing is provided, which comprises: Node B receives a RRC connection re-establishing request from a user equipment; Node B judges whether a new access layer security key is needed to be created, and creates a new access layer security key or uses the original access layer security key according to the judgment result; Node B sends the corresponding RRC connection re-establishing message to the user equipment so that the user equipment can complete the connection re-establishing. The method adds a judging step into the creating process of the access layer security key, thereby settles the problem of creating new keys regardless of conditions in the present methods, saves large numbers of calculating processes of the creation of keys and decreases the delay of the system.

A method for managing an SCell in CA is described, wherein a PCell is configured by an eNB for a UE, and this method may include: an inter-frequency adjacent area which is supported by the UE and has a coverage area identical to that of the PCell or contains the coverage area of the PCell is selected, and the inter-frequency adjacent area is configured as the SCell for the UE (S101); and the SCell for the UE is selected from a remaining inter-frequency adjacent area of the PCell when the number of the SCell for the UE cannot meet a bandwidth requirement of the CA (S102). At the same time, a device for managing an SCell in CA is also described. The disclosure solves a problem of managing the SCell in the CA, flexibly uses an existing adjacent cell configuration technique and measurement technique so as to implement dynamic management of the SCell, and provides a key technical support to implantation of a CA function.

A method for processing a security key when a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection is reestablished is provided, which comprises: receiving a Radio Resource Control connection reestablishment request from a user equipment by a node B; the node B judging whether there is a need to generate a new access layer security key, and generating the new access layer security key or using an original access layer security key based on this judgment result; and sending corresponding Radio Resource Control connection reestablishment information to the user equipment by the node B, so that the user equipment carries out the connection reestablishment. The method adds in the judgment steps into the process of generating an access layer security key, and thus solving the problem in the conventional method that a new key is generated regardless of the situation, thereby saving a large number of computation process of generating the key and reducing the time delay of the systems.

The disclosure discloses a method and a system for synchronizing an Access Stratum (AS) security algorithm. The method comprises: a control plane notifying a user plane to start a decryption exception detection when sending an Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection re-establishment message (100); the user plane performing the decryption exception detection on a service message received after the RRC connection re-establishment, and sending a decryption exception instruction to the control plane when discovering the decryption exception of the service message (101); and the control plane performs a corresponding exception process according to the decryption exception instruction (102). With the method, the exception of the AS security algorithm configured for User Equipment (UE) in the RRC connection re-establishment is discovered in time, the bandwidth waste caused by invalid data packets of an air interface is maximally avoided, and the prompt exception recovery is improved, so as to further improve the user experience before and after a handover.

This disclosure claims a method for security processing during RRC connection re-establishment, comprising: a UE sends an RRC connection re-establishment request message to the eNB; after receiving the request message, the eNB determines whether an original access layer security algorithm used by the UE is supported by the eNB itself according to the current status and configuration; if supported, the communication protection with UE is implemented via the original access layer security algorithm; if not supported, according to the security capability of UE, the access layer security algorithm which has the highest priority and is supported by the UE is selected from the access layer security algorithms configured by the eNB itself to be the new access layer security algorithm, and the communication protection between the eNB and the UE is implemented by the new access layer security algorithm. This disclosure also claims a system for security processing during the RRC connection re-establishment.
