    Abstract: In an ultrasonic oscillator which comprises an ultrasonic vibrator (6) for driving an ultrasonic vibrator horn of an ultrasonic atomizer, a balanced circuit (3, 4, 5) in which the ultrasonic vibrator (6) is connected so that a balanced condition is established with respect to the damped capacity of the ultrasonic vibrator, and amplifier means (1) for sending a signal to the balanced circuit and which includes a feedback circuit (8, 9) for positively feeding back the signal output from the balanced circuit, the feedback circuit is connected to means (18) for adjusting the feedback quantity so that, when the ultrasonic oscillator starts the oscillation, the signal feedback quantity output from the balanced circuit is adjusted to make the gain of the amplifier means much greater than 1, and when the oscillator is in the steadily oscillating condition, the signal feedback quantity output from the balanced circuit is adjusted to broaden the allowable frequency band width of the ultrasonic vibrator.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the overcurrent state of an ultrasonic vibrator from developing at the time when the power supply is put to work by a method wherein the control of a bias voltage supplied to the active elements of an oscillating part from a bias control part is strengthened. CONSTITUTION:The charging to a capacitor and active switching elements such as transistor and the like are utilized in combination. Concretely, the bias voltage supplying to the active elements of an oscillating part 6 is cut-off by switching the active elements by means of a charging current, which starts to flow to a capacitor at the time P, when the power supply is put to work. When the bias voltage is below the level L, the current, which flows across an ultrasonic vibrator 3, is also cut-off as shown by the wave form E in the attached figure, resulting in effectively preventing the overcurrent state of the ultrasonic vibrator from developing at the time when the power supply is put to work.
