A characterization method for characterizing an article made of composite material having woven, braided, or sewn fiber reinforcement, the method including a determination step of using X-ray tomography to determine gray levels of at least a portion of the article, followed by an exploitation step of exploiting the gray levels to obtain information concerning the weaving by distinguishing between at least the free matrix and the threads of fibers mixed with the matrix, the threads being considered as being a material that is homogeneous.

The invention relates to a method for characterizing a composite material object having a woven, braided, or sewn fiber reinforcement. Said method includes a step for determining, gray levels (120) of at least part of the object by means of X-ray tomography, then a step for using said gray levels to obtain at least one piece of information about the weave, by differentiating at least the free matrix (122) and strands of mixed fibers from a matrix (124, 126). Said strands are considered to be of a uniform material.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de caractérisation d'un objet en matériau composite à renfort fibreux tissé, tressé ou cousu, comprenant une étape de détermination, par tomographie aux rayons X, de niveaux de gris (120) d'au moins une partie de l'objet, puis une étape d'exploitation desdits niveaux de gris pour obtenir au moins une information sur le tissage, par distinction d'au moins la matrice libre (122) et de torons de fibres mêlées de matrice (124, 126), lesdits torons étant considérés comme un matériau homogène.

A system for checking a mixing ratio of different colors on composite textile and a method therefor are provided to inspect the mixing ratio of different colors at the same time. A system for checking a mixing ratio of different colors comprises the followings: a light source(200a,200b); a camera(300) outputting an image having surface information of a sample; a first different color checking unit(400a) extracting data having the surface information and the mixing ratio of a first object; a first 7-segment(500a) displaying the data by using a 7-segment; a first output portion(600a) outputting the image; a second different color checking unit(400b) extracting the data having the surface information and the mixing ratio of a second object; a second 7-segment portion(500b) displaying the extracted data; and a second output portion(600b) outputting the image having the information.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for checking defects of nanofibers and repairing the defects and a method therefor are provided to detect and repair the defects of a nanofiber membrane by automatically spinning nanofiber to an electronic spinning device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for checking defects of nanofibers and repairing the defects comprises the following: a defects checking part detecting the defects of a nanofiber membrane; a lighting part lighting the top of the nanofiber membrane with a lighting part; and a repair part including a nozzle(80), a collector(100) and a voltage applying part. The defects checking part includes a lighting part(20), an image input part(10), and a defect measuring part(30).
