An air gap is provided between the webs (11) of the standard rail halves (2, 3).

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Herzstück für Weichen, die in Gleisanlagen Anwendung finden und mit den Schienensträngen von Gleisanlagen verschweisst sind. Das Herzstück ist als ein starres Herzstück (1) ausgebildet und besteht aus zwei Regelschienenhälften, die in den Bereichen ihrer Regelschienenhälftenköpfe (7, 8) und ihren Regelschienenhälftenfüssen (4, 5) mittels Elektronenstrahlschweissung ausgebildeten Schweissnähten (6, 6') verbunden sind und zwischen den Stegel (11) der Regelschienenhälften (2, 3) ein Luftspalt vorgesehen ist.

본 고안은 합성구조물 침목으로서 레일을 견고하게 붙잡아 좌우 레일의 폭을 일정하게 유지하면서 레일로부터 받은 열차의 하중을 자갈층으로 분포시켜 준다. 고속철로에서는 인장력에는 약하지만 압축력에는 강한 콘크리트의 약점을 보완한 PC(Prestressed Concrete) 침목을 구조용 각형강관 속에 여러 개의 강선을 넣고 잭을 이용하여 양쪽으로 잡아당겨 즉, 인장하여 준 후 콘크리트를 콘크리트 타설 구멍으로 흘려 넣어 타설한다. 다음에는 구조용 각형강관 PC 침목의 표면을 보호하여 내부식성인 구조물이 되도록 합성구조(FRP+구조용 각형강관+강선+콘크리트)물로 축조하는 공법으로서 먼저 육면체의 표면에 일정한 간격으로 앵커 못을 용접하여 붙이고 레일 체결 장치를 좌우 레일 구조용 각형강관 PC 침목 상부에 용접하여 붙인 다음 그 위에 접착제인 프라이머를 도포하고 FRP 1차 적층하여 경화된 후에 앵커 못을 구부려 고정 부착력을 증진시키고 그 위에 FRP2차 적층 마무리하여 구조물의 전체 표면이 FRP로 보호된 합성구조물 침목이 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
