Abstract:
Adjustable ramp ladder with alternating steps comprising at least a first set (1) comprising a plurality of in line plates (11, 12, 13), said plates (11, 12, 13) being joined by the adjacent sides thereof and a second set (2) comprising a plurality of in line plates (21, 22, 23), said plates (21, 22, 23) being joined by the adjacent sides thereof in such a way that the sets (1, 2) are joined in parallel, by means of transverse cylindrical bars (3, 3', 3"), which intersect the internal mid-point of the ends of each plate (11-21, 12-22 and 13-23), and which allow each set (1, 2) to be joined.
Abstract:
The object of this invention is aimed at making easier for people with reduced mobility to go upstairs or downstairs. In order to reduce the height of the steps of a stairs previously manufactured, an integral assembly is inserted in one of its laterals working as auxiliary steps, adjustable in height, with less width than the width of the original steps over which the ensemble is placed, following the pattern described in the upper figure. The user of such stairs previously manufactured can use the present invention in an auxiliary way, putting one foot or two feet over the ensemble before moving towards a new step. This way the effort necessary to climb the step of the stairs on which it is placed is reduced, as well as the height up to which the feet have to go, being especially useful for aged people or people with articular problems. The improvements on the auxiliary stairs for people with reduced mobility mainly focus on the folding mechanism of the stairs. To this purpose, the possibility of folding the steps has been taken into account, in order to get a better exploitation of the space.
Abstract:
A kit of parts for securing a plurality of fixtures to an elongate support member is described. The kit of parts comprises a plurality of attachment members. Each attachment member comprises an aperture for receiving the elongate support member and a fixing detail adapted to attach a fixture to the attachment member. The aperture is larger than a lateral dimension of the elongate support member to provide a gap between the attachment member and elongate support member when received in the aperture. The kit of parts also comprises a plurality of locking elements. Each locking element is adapted to be received in the aperture in the gap between the attachment member and the elongate support member to secure the attachment member to the elongate support member by friction. Further, each attachment member is adapted to engage an adjacent attachment member when secured to the elongate support member by at least one said locking element to form a hollow column secured around the elongate support member for supporting a plurality of fixtures.
Abstract:
Vertical stairs comprising a bearing structure 2, which is arranged between a first station "A" and at least one second station "B", and at least one board 3, which can slide by means of at least one slide 31 along at least one guide 41 comprised in a mechanical system 4, adapted to move said at least one board 3 along said guide 41. Said mechanical system 4 allows said at least one board 3 to be moved along a vertical axis "Z" as a function of the distribution of the weight of at least one user "U" on at least one portion of said at least one board 3, and as a function of the direction in which said user "U" wants to move along said vertical axis "Z" between said stations.
