    Abstract: 本发明涉及一种利用极低浓度瓦斯爆炸发电的技术及方法。为使浓度低于5%爆炸下限的瓦斯得到充分利用、尤其是浓度低于0.75%的矿井回风瓦斯,本方法在瓦斯中喷入最佳体积浓度的可燃易爆的气体或液体,其价格相对便宜,易于储存和运输,且具有较低的爆炸下限,与极低浓度瓦斯混合后可以点燃爆炸,进而做功产生机械能,机械能由活塞带动曲轴连杆连接发电机转换为电能,并对余热进行回收利用。本技术包括瓦斯输送及干燥系统、液体雾化系统、配气系统、冷却系统、余热利用系统、热机系统、发电系统。本发明可以充分利用浓度低于5%的瓦斯、提高能量转换效率并减少温室气体的排放,是一种新的节能减排的发电方法。
