Abstract: 本发明公开了一种液晶聚合物复合材料,所述液晶聚合物复合材料包括以下重量份的组分:液晶聚合物树脂40~95份和片状填料5~40份;所述片状填料中,粒径小于10μm的占片状填料总重量的3%~20%;粒径10μm~30μm占片状填料总重量的30%~62%,粒径大于30μm占片状填料总重量的23%~65%。本发明的液晶聚合物复合材料中添加片状云母作为填料,填料尺寸及不同尺寸的比例,通过控制板状填料的尺寸及不同尺寸的比例,本发明的液晶聚合物复合材料具有更小的介电损耗,可以应用于大尺寸超薄器件,器件的最长方向的长度为100mm以上,器件的厚度可达到5mm以下,而且具有较小的介电损耗。
