Abstract: 本发明涉及LED封装用环氧塑封料技术领域，具体涉及到一种用于LED封装的光学环氧塑封料及其墨色测量方法。其步骤包括样品的制备和样品的测试；所述样品的测试包括如下步骤：对制备好的用于LED封装的光学环氧塑封料样品进行裁剪，然后放置到标准白板上，保持样品处于密闭不透光的环境，然后用色差仪进行测试，即得到墨色的L值、a值和b值颜色数据。本发明提供的方法能够对用于LED封装的光学环氧塑封料的墨色进行精确的测量，准确的辨别和检验封装树脂的颜色，判断其是否合格，是否达到要求。此外，本发明提供的方法检测准确度很高，测量误差很小，能够采用很少量的样品就能准确判断目标环氧塑封料的颜色是否符合要求，高效节约。
