Abstract: A multi-function imaging system (1) comprises a light sensor (41) and a software defined light source to enable real-time automatic adjustment of various parameters of the one or more light sources (11; 15, 16, 17). The system is realized in a single unit, or as multiple co-located units, thus reducing the cost of having such multiple functions. The system is capable of self-calibrating in the field to enable accurate imaging.
