Abstract: PURPOSE: To make it possible to execute an effective herbicidal action by using a specific pyridine deriv. alone or in combination with other herbicides. CONSTITUTION: The pyridine deriv. consists of the compd. expressed by formula I and is used by blowing, spraying, splashing, applying and irrigating. In the formula I, R denotes alkylidene aminooxy having no substituents or have one or two pubstituents by alkoxy, alkylthio, etc., cycloalkylidene aminooxy, succinyl iminooxy, having no substituents or having one or two substituents by alkyl, azoryl having no substituents or have one or two substituents by alkoxy or halogen; R , R denote alkyl, halogen alkyl, etc.; R denotes hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, etc.; Z denotes nitrogen or methine group. As a result, the pyridine is made useful effectively for weed extermination.
