    Abstract: An optical sensing system, comprising: a first light source for emitting first light to a first part of an object; a second light source for emitting second light to a second part of the object, wherein the first part is above the second part, wherein the first light is not emitted to the second part and the second light is not emitted to the first part; a uniform light source, for emitting uniform light to the object, wherein the first light source is below the uniform light source and the second light source is above the uniform light source; and an optical sensor, wherein a detecting region of the optical sensor comprises an adjustable upper half region and a lower half region. Such optical sensing system can reduce the effect that the arm causes for hand location calculating.

    Abstract: There is provided a distance measurement device including a light source, a light detector, a time control circuit and a processor. In first measurement, the time control circuit controls the light source to illuminate at a low modulation frequency, and the processor calculates a rough flying time according to a first detection signal of the light detector to determine an operating phase zone and a delay time. In second measurement, the time control circuit controls the light source to illuminate at a high modulation frequency and causes a light driving signal of the light source and a detecting control signal of the light detector to have a difference of the delay time, and the processor calculates a fine flying time according to a second detection signal of the light detector.

    Abstract: There is provided a capacitive touch control system adapted to detect low frequency signals, including a touch panel and an analog front end. The analog front end includes a frequency booster, which boosts a low frequency signal outputted by the touch panel using a variable reference frequency corresponding different function symbols of the low frequency signal such that resistance of a resistor of an amplifier in the analog front end needs not to be increased thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and a leakage voltage drop on the resistor.

    Abstract: A method and node for processing messages within an Internet of Things (IoT) network and network packet thereof are provided. Multiple fields of a header of a network packet broadcasted over the IoT network are referred to in the method. When a node receives a network packet broadcasted over the IOT network, it checks if the node's ID is recorded in an ID field of the network packet. The node ID is added to the network packet if the network packet does not record the node ID, and the network packet is then broadcasted to the IOT network; otherwise, the network packet is not broadcasted if the node ID has been recorded in the ID field. The node also performs a function indicated in a function field of the network packet when the node ID is not recorded in the network packet.
