Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing p-hydroxycinnamate by using an ionic liquid for catalytic lignin depolymerization comprising: 1) preparation of a halogen metal-based ionic liquid: preparing the halogen metal-based ionic liquid by reacting an alkylimidazole chloride with a metal chloride by heating the same to 30° C. to 80° C. with stirring; and 2) catalytic depolymerization of lignin: mixing the halogen metal-based ionic liquid and lignin with an alcohol, and after N2 replacement, heating the solution to 140° C. to 200° C. and reacting the solution for 4-8 h while stirring to prepare high value-added chemicals with p-hydroxycinnamate as a main product. The present invention has advantages of a simple process, mild conditions, environmental kindness, and high selectivity for a main product. The ionic liquid is simple in preparation, has a good atom economy, and is recyclable. Under optimal conditions, the yield of p-hydroxycinnamate can reach 40-80 mg/g.

Abstract: The present invention provides an SiC inverted plasma cutting power supply, which is characterized in that: the SiC inverted plasma cutting power supply comprises a main circuit and a closed-loop control circuit; the main circuit comprises a sequentially connected noise suppression module, a power-frequency rectification and filtering module, an SiC inverter module, a power transformer, an SiC rectification and smoothing module and a non-contact arc initiation module, wherein the noise suppression module is connected to an alternating-current input power supply, and the SiC rectification and smoothing module and the non-contact arc initiation module are respectively connected to a load; the closed-loop control circuit comprises a man-machine interaction module, a DSC controller, a failure diagnosis and protection module, an SiC high-frequency drive module and a load electrical signal detection module. The power supply has high inverting frequency, small size, light weight, lower raw material consumption, high energy efficiency, an obvious energy saving effect and excellent dynamic characteristics, and can be applied on both a low-power occasion and medium and high power cutting occasions in a stable and reliable manner.

Abstract: A method is provided for producing intensified whole-cereal flour by means of pulsed electric fields in collaboration with ultrafine pulverization, which includes: (1) preparing bran, middling and flour by cleaning, modulating and milling cereal grains; (2) performing superfine pulverization on the bran and the middling and performing sieving; (3) preparing a suspension by using water and the sieved bran and middling, and stirring constantly; (4) adding polysaccharide colloids into the suspension, and adjusting the pH to 4.0; (5) performing high-voltage pulse treatment on the suspension to ensure stable flow of the suspension; (6) centrifuging the suspension to separate the supernatant, and drying the obtained precipitate and performing sieving to obtain the treated bran and middling; and (7) mixing the treated bran and middling with flour uniformly to obtain whole-cereal flour.

Abstract: A zero-valent iron pillared montmorillonite repair material relates to the field of environmental functional materials. The zero-valent iron pillared montmorillonite repair material can be used for removing degradation-resistant organic pollutants, and degrading organics into small molecular organics by means of peroxymonosulfate (PMS).

Abstract: Disclosed is an automatic obstacle avoidance optimization method for a connecting line of graphical programming software. A breadth-first search method is adopted to search an optimal connecting line path, and a result is displayed in a front-end interface. In a generated connecting line, a user can drag the connecting line with a mouse to regulate a position of the connecting line. At the time, the mouse is viewed as an unavoidable point, that is, the connecting line starts from a starting point of the connecting line to the unavoidable point and then reaches an end point of the connecting line. By means of the method, high instantaneity requirements of the user can be met, and when the user drags the connecting line with the mouse, a new connecting line is generated in real time without a stuck phenomenon. In addition, the optimality of the connecting line can be guaranteed, when a scene of a front-end programming control is changed, the connecting line can generate a new connecting line path according to a new scene in real time, and the optimality is kept.

The above-described composite fiber is placed in a metal precursor solution to fully swell, and then placed in reductive steam for reduction, to reduce metal precursors to zero-dimensional (0D) metal nanoparticles, thereby preparing a flexible force-sensitive sensing fiber based on a 0D/1D/2D three-dimensional collaborative network.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for improving the blood compatibility of a material surface by using a controllable grafting technique. The method involves placing a monomer NVP, an RAFT reagent and a solvent acetonitrile in a container, adding an initiator AIBN, mixing the same uniformly, removing oxygen with liquid nitrogen, making the same react in an oil bath; after polymerization, adding liquid nitrogen to quench and stop the reaction, thus obtaining PVP-COOH; mixing the PVP-COOH with DCC and NHS; adding dry dichloromethane to the mixture in a nitrogen atmosphere, adding mercaptoethylamine, and making the same react in darkness at room temperature; obtaining a crude sample; dissolving the crude sample in water, and performing dialysis with deoxygenated water in darkness, and then obtaining HS-PVP by freeze-drying. An Au—S bond chemisorption method is used to controllably graft an anti-protein high-molecular polymer onto an Au surface.

Abstract: The present invention, belonging to the field of daily skin care products, discloses a tea massage oil, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The tea massage oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-87 parts of ethyl-esterified tea oil, 5-15 parts of oregano oil, 2-12 parts of melaleuca alternifolia oil, 2-10 parts of pumpkin seed oil, 2-10 parts of prickly pear seed oil, 1-10 parts of passion fruit seed oil, and 1-5 parts of nano germanium oxide. The method comprises: evenly mixing the ethyl-esterified tea oil, the oregano oil, the melaleuca alternifolia oil, the pumpkin seed oil, the prickly pear seed oil, the passion fruit seed oil, and the nano germanium oxide, so as to obtain the tea massage oil. The tea massage oil can eliminate fatigue, achieve a men's health-care function, remove scars, and achieve a far-infrared skin activating function.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a lead-free easy-cutting high-strength corrosion-resistant silicon-brass alloy and the preparation method and use thereof. The mass percent composition of the alloy is: 56˜60% Cu, 38˜42% Zn, 0.003˜0.01% B, 0.03˜0.06% Ti, and 1.0˜1.5% Si and 0.5˜0.9% Al or 0.5˜0.8% Si and 1˜1.5% Al, and the zinc equivalent of all components is between 48% and 50%. In the present invention, the phase composition and the distribution state of the alloy can be regulated by controlling the contents of Si and Al elements, as well as by adding a B and Ti composite grain refiner, in order to obtain a copper alloy with the advantages of excellent comprehensive performance of strength, process ability and dezincification resistance, a high production yield, and low costs, which can replace lead brass and bismuth brass for plumbing, bathroom and a variety of corrosion-resistant parts, and has a bright prospect of popularization and application.
