This invention relates to labels. In one embodiment, the labels comprise a polymer facestock layer, a nano-porous layer underlying the facestock, and a metal layer overlying the facestock or underlying the facestock between the facestock and the nano-porous layer. In another embodiment, the labels also comprise a water-based adhesive in contact with the lower surface of the nano-porous layer. These labels can be bonded to substrates of glass, plastic, or metal using a water based adhesive which is in contact with the nano-porous layer.

The invention relates to adhesive compositions comprising zwitterionic copolymers, including repulpable adhesive compositions, and adhesive tapes made with such compositions. The adhesive compositions comprise a zwitterionic copolymer and a zwitterionic plasticizer or tackifier which can be coated on a backing to form an adhesive tape. The repulpable tapes are formed from a repulpable adhesive composition comprising a zwitterionic copolymer coated on a repulpable backing. Examples of zwitterionic copolymers are those derived from the monomers N-(3-sulphopropyl)-N-methacryloxy-ethyl-N,N-dimethyl ammonium betaine or N-(3-sulphopropyl)-N-acryloxy-ethyl-N, N-dimethyl ammonium betaine. Some of the zwitterionic copolymers are novel.

Splitting data in a wireless communications network. Data may be split to use multiple base stations for transmission to user equipment in order to improve the bandwith if a UE is on a cell edge, or may be split by user equipment for transmission to multiple base stations in order to improve handover. Data splitting may be performed at the Packet Data Convergence Protocol layer, at the Radio Link Control layer, or at the Media Access Control layer on user equipment or on a base station. Data may instead be split in a network node, such as in a serving gateway, in order to reduce X2 interface load or delay carrier aggregation.

An activatable adhesive that is formulated to readily absorb energy from a given radiation source, an activatable adhesive label that incorporates such an activatable adhesive, a system for activating such labels, and related methods and uses are described. The activatable adhesive includes a plasticizer, a tackifier, and an adhesive base polymer that includes butyl acrylate, styrene, methyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid, and acrylic acid.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for re-balancing a load, a method for migrating a load, a device and a system using the same. The method for re-balancing a load comprises: determining a type of a UE after receiving an access request from the UE by a first network device; determining whether the UE is to be migrated according to the type of the UE; and if yes, migrating the UE to a second network device whose type corresponds to the type of the UE. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the CN nodes may be balanced according to the type of the UE.

A method for switching an operating system (OS) and an electronic apparatus are provided. While switching to a first OS, a system firmware stored in a memory unit declares that a first segment of a system memory is in a usable state and a second segment of the system memory is in a reserved state by using a first resource description table, so that the first OS is in a working state in the first segment and a second OS is in a power-saving state in the second segment. While switching to the second OS, the system firmware declares that the second segment is in the usable state and the first segment is in the reserved state by using a second resource description table, so that the second OS is in the working state and the first OS is in the power-saving state.
