Abstract:
A motor vehicle includes a body, a side door hinged to the body so that it can rotate about an axis towards a side of the motor vehicle between a closed configuration and an open configuration; a motorized opening device, which is controllable to move the door from the closed configuration towards the open configuration; command receiving means to receive an opening request command for the door from the outside of the motor vehicle; and a control unit (ECU) configured to control the opening device so that the door rotates from the closed configuration towards the open configuration in response to the opening request command.
Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to achieve a door closer arrangement (1) where the force needed for opening the door (2) is not so substantial. The invention comprises a door closer (6), a slide rail (7), and an arm (8) that connects the door closer with the slide rail. The arrangement comprises also a second rail (9), which is arranged to form a slide slope for the door closer (6).
Abstract:
A device for manually and/or electromotively adjusting or securing a first vehicle part and a second vehicle part relative to each other is provided. The device comprising an adjustment part which has a joint for pivotable arrangement on the first vehicle part, wherein the adjustment part is to be arranged on the first vehicle part in such a manner that, when the vehicle parts are adjusted relative to each other, the adjustment part moves relative to the second vehicle part, a traction cable which is fastened at a first end and at a second end to the adjustment part, and a cable drum which is to be arranged on the second adjustment part, is rotatable about a longitudinal axis and on which the traction cable is arranged.
Abstract:
A sliding door assembly includes a link arm connected to a support surface, a track guide carried on the link arm and a door body including a track that slides over the track guide. A related method of operating a sliding door assembly is also disclosed.
Abstract:
Apparatus for a door for a boat's companionway hatch. The door includes a frame, a door, a drive mechanism, and a receiver. The drive mechanism moves the door between an open and closed position to selectively allow and block access to a bulkhead opening in the companionway. In the open position, the edge of the door is substantially parallel with the companionway sidewall. In the closed position the edge of the door engages the receiver and the edge is substantially parallel with the sidewall to which the receiver is attached. The drive mechanism includes a pair of struts that are driven by an actuator to move with a scissors-like motion. One end of each strut is fixed in position. The opposite end of each strut has a roller that moves within a slot, with one slot in the door and the other slot in the frame.
Abstract:
A door operating system or door opening and closing apparatus comprising at least one motive source, a linkage assembly and a door. Preferred door operating systems will include two linkage assemblies, two doors and two motive sources, one for each door. Each motive source is preferably attached to an interior facing surface of a frame of a structure and the door is pivotally attached to an exterior facing surface of the frame of a structure. Each linkage assembly operatively connects the respective motive source to the respective door. By having the motive source attached to the interior facing surface of the frame, doors of the operating system can preferably be opened the full width of the frame opening to maximize available vehicle clearance.
Abstract:
A device for moving a movable furniture, the device including a force accumulator received on a mounting part such that by way of a fitted device the movable furniture part under action of the force accumulator is capable of being put in the opening direction of the movable furniture part, and wherein adjustment means for readjusting the force accumulator are present. The adjustment means comprise two mutually separate guide regions which are adapted for guiding an engagement portion on the mounting part, wherein the guide regions are capable of being mutually offset so as to predefine a region in which the engagement portion is received and positioned, wherein the position of the engagement portion is determined by the interaction between the two guide regions such that the position of the engagement portion on the device depends on the mutual relative position of the two guide regions.
Abstract:
A device for moving a movable furniture part, the device including a force accumulator such that by way of the device which is fitted to the item of furniture the movable furniture part in the case of an opening procedure under the action of the force accumulator by way of an ejector is capable of being put in an opening position. According to the present invention, a coupling assembly which in the case of the charging procedure of the force accumulator is effective between the ejector and the force accumulator is provided, and that the ejector is designed in a manner that the latter in the region of the end of the path thereof in the case of the opening procedure by way of a switch element couples to the coupling assembly.
Abstract:
A device for moving a movable furniture part, the device including a basic component on which a force accumulator is present such that the movable furniture part under the action of the force accumulator is capable of being put in the opening direction of the movable furniture part. A separate cover component, configured so as to match the basic component, of the device is present, which cover component covers the basic component, wherein connection means on the cover component are configured in such a manner that integration of the device on a counter portion on the item of furniture and/or the guide means is arrangeable using the connection means which are present on the cover component.
Abstract:
A main support frame is formed from sections of a plastic extrusion and has opposite side portions with peripheral recesses receiving an inner sash unit and outer sash unit each having a frame formed from sections of a plastic extrusion and supporting an insulated glass unit. Hinges support the dual sash units for pivotal movement between open and closed positions, and gear connected telescopic link members connect the main frame to the sash frames for simultaneous movement. A lock system includes a handle on the inner sash unit for moving straps with studs on the sash frames through a connector mechanism mounted on the main frame for simultaneously locking and releasing both sash units and for releasing only the inner sash unit. A screen and/or mini-blind may be supported between the sash units, and the window system with dual sash units may be constructed in various forms.
