Abstract: A touch panel includes: a substrate; a first metallic layer for forming a gate of a TFT and a touch controlling line, and the touch controlling line used for transmitting a touch controlling signal and a common voltage; a gate insulating layer; a second metallic layer for forming a source and a drain of the TFT; an isolation layer penetrated by a first hole and by a second hole, the second hole also penetrating the gate insulating layer, the first hole aiming at the source or the drain, and the second hole aiming at the touch controlling line; a pixel electrode, connected to the source or the drain through the first hole; and a capacitive driving electrode, connected to the touch controlling line through the second hole. The capacitive driving electrode is used as a common electrode layer.

Abstract: An LCD panel and manufacturing method thereof are provided. The LCD panel includes a substrate, a device layer disposed on the substrate, a data line disposed on the surface of the device layer, and an organic insulating layer disposed on the surface of the device layer and/or the surface of the data line. The organic insulating layer has a groove corresponding to the data line. A black matrix is disposed in the groove. The surface of the black matrix and the surface of the organic insulating layer are on the same plane. The present invention has the following advantages. A convex structure formed by the black matrix on a glass substrate is removed to prevent a poor LC alignment caused by the convex structure. The mask of the black matrix is saved, thus the number of masks for production use is reduced, and a simple manufacturing process is provided.

Abstract: The present invention provides an array substrate. The array substrate includes a base substrate, a first metal layer, an insulating layer, and a second metal layer subsequently formed on the base substrate. The first metal layer is scan lines or charge sharing lines of the array substrate. The second metal layer is one of a source electrode and drain electrode of a charge sharing thin film transistor of the array substrate. The first metal layer, the second metal layer, and the insulating layer between them stack together to forma charge sharing capacitor of the array substrate. The present invention further provides the liquid crystal display panel and the liquid crystal display device with the above-mentioned array substrate. By means of array substrate, the present invention can increase the pixel aperture ratio.

Abstract: The present invention provides a thin film transistor array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. The thin film transistor array substrate comprises: a substrate; a light shielding layer, located at a middle part on a surface of the substrate; a buffer layer, covering the light shielding layer; a Low Temperature Poly-silicon layer, being located on the buffer layer, and corresponding to the light shielding layer; an isolation layer, covering the Low Temperature Poly-silicon layer, and the isolation layer comprises a through hole, wherein a width of the through hole is smaller than a width of the light shielding layer; a metal layer, located on the isolation layer, and the metal layer is connected with the Low Temperature Poly-silicon layer via the through hole. The thin film transistor array substrate and the liquid crystal display panel have a higher aperture ratio.

Abstract: An array substrate includes a transparent substrate, at least one gate line, at least one data line, and at least one storage electrode line arranged on the transparent substrate, and at least one switch component arranged at an intersection of the gate line and the data line. Abstract: A liquid crystal display device comprising a TFT substrate having pixels each including a common electrode formed on an organic passivation film, an interlayer insulating film formed so as to cover the common electrode, a pixel electrode having a slit and formed on the interlayer insulating film, a through-hole formed in the organic passivation film and the interlayer insulating film, and a source electrode electrically conducted to the pixel electrode via the through-hole. A taper angle at a depth of D/2 of the through-hole is equal to or more than 50 degrees. The pixel electrode covers part of a side wall of the through-hole but does not cover the remaining part of the side wall of the through-hole. This configuration facilitates the alignment film material to flow into the through-hole, thereby solving a thickness unevenness of the alignment film in vicinity of the through-hole.

Abstract: The invention prevents the display unevenness of a high-resolution liquid crystal display device that results from the presence of regions where an alignment film is not applied. The invention provides a liquid crystal display device including: a TFT substrate having scan lines, video signal lines, and pixels formed by the intersecting scan lines and video signal lines; a counter substrate; and a liquid crystal layer placed between the TFT substrate and the counter substrate. Each of the pixels includes a TFT, a pixel electrode, a common electrode, and a through-hole and an opening that are used to connect the TFT and the pixel electrode. Connective ITO is formed in and around the through-hole at the same time as the common electrode is formed. A step d is formed at an edge portion of the connective ITO and covered with an alignment film.
