    Abstract: A keyswitch structure includes a keycap, a base, and two supports that are pivotally connected to each other and connected to and between the keycap and the base. The keycap can move up and down relative to the base through the two supports. In an embodiment, the two supports are pivotally connected through an engagement of a shaft with a C-shaped shaft hole. In another embodiment, each support is provided in a form of an n-shaped structure and includes a semi-shaft hole and a shaft portion at two ends of the n-shaped structure respectively. The two supports are pivotally connected by the shaft portions rotatably abutting the corresponding semi-shaft holes.

    Abstract: A keyswitch assembly includes a switch module, a support mechanism, and a blocking mechanism. The switch module includes a substrate, a signal generator, and a signal sensor. The signal generator provides a sensing signal. The signal sensor receives the sensing signal to obtain a sensing intensity. The support mechanism is disposed on the substrate. A top portion of the support mechanism moves in response to a pressing force. The blocking mechanism includes a pivoting portion rotatably disposed on the substrate, a connecting piece extending from the pivoting portion and movably connected to the support mechanism to be driven by the top portion to swivel relative to the substrate, and a blocking piece extending from the pivoting portion and driven by the connecting piece to be inserted into or escape from the gap between the signal generator and the signal sensor to change the magnitude of the sensing intensity.

    Abstract: An illuminated keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a drive circuit board under the base plate, a spacer between the drive circuit board and the base plate, and a light-emitting part on the circuit board. The spacer has a through hole communicating with an opening of the base plate in a vertical direction. The sidewall of the through hole is opaque. The light-emitting part is located in the through hole, and falls within a projection of the opening in the vertical direction. The light-emitting part has a top surface that is lower than or equal to a bottom surface of the base plate in the vertical direction. The structure of the illuminated keyswitch structure around the light-emitting part can keep flat by the spacer. The spacer can prevent the light-emitting part from structurally entering the opening, avoiding structural interference between the light-emitting part and other components above the base plate.

    Abstract: A key scanning method and an input device thereof are provided. The key scanning method for an input device with at least a first key group and a subsidiary key group comprises: triggering a first main scan line electrically connected to the first key group and reading electrical signals received via a plurality of signal sensing lines electrically connected to the first key group to determine whether any said key among the first key group is triggered; and triggering a non-triggered one of a plurality of subsidiary scan lines electrically connected to the subsidiary key group and reading electrical signals received via another plurality of signal sensing lines electrically connected to the subsidiary key group to determine whether any said key among the subsidiary key group is triggered, wherein the first main scan line and the subsidiary scan lines are triggered one after another for multiple times.

    Abstract: A backlight keyboard includes a first language keyswitch set having adjacent first and second keyswitches, a first backlight module disposed under the first language keyswitch set, and a masking sheet. The masking sheet is suitable for the backlight keyboard and a second backlight keyboard including a second backlight module and a second language keyswitch set. The first and second keyswitches on the backlight keyboard coincide with a third keyswitch in the second language keyswitch set on the second backlight keyboard. The masking sheet has a first light-exit region layout corresponding to the first, second, and third keyswitches for allowing light to be incident to symbols on the first, second, and third keyswitches. In other words, the masking sheet of the present invention can be applied to different backlight keyboards having different language keyswitch sets.

    Abstract: A multi-battery system includes a plurality of batteries, a first connector having a first identification unit, and a second connector having a second identification unit. Each battery includes a microcontroller, and a battery connector having a detection unit. The first connector is for electrically connecting a battery connector of a first battery of the plurality of batteries and a motor controller. The second connector is for electrically connecting a battery connector of a second battery of the plurality of batteries and the motor controller. When the first identification unit is set to a first predetermined value, and a detection unit of the first battery is electrically connected to the first identification unit, a microcontroller of the first battery sets the first battery as a master battery.

    Abstract: A key scanning method, a scan method for a key scan circuit, and an input device thereof are provided. The key scanning method comprises performing a first scan procedure which includes triggering a first main scan line and reading electrical signals received via a plurality of signal sensing lines to determine whether any of the keys among a first key group is triggered. Then, performing a second scan procedure which includes triggering at least one of a plurality of secondary scan lines and reading the electrical signals received via the plurality of signal sensing lines to determine whether any of the keys among a second key group is triggered. In the key scanning method, the first scan procedure and the second scan procedure are performed one after another, and each of the secondary scan lines is triggered at least once.

    Abstract: A restoration assembly of a button switch includes first and second sleeves, and a spring disposed between the two sleeves. A first outer diameter of the first sleeve is less than a second inner diameter of the second sleeve to make the second sleeve movably jacket outside the first sleeve. The jacketed first and second sleeves are disposed between a key cap and a base of the button switch. The spring has a first end portion, a second end portion and a middle section. A middle outer diameter of the middle section of the spring is larger than a first inner diameter of the first sleeve. During the spring being compressed along with the key cap being pressed downward, the middle section is squeezed to shrink and slide into the first sleeve through an end edge of the first sleeve, thereby producing a tactile feedback and/or a first sound.

    Abstract: A keyswitch includes a circuit board, a bottom board abutting against the circuit board, a cap, a light receiver and a light emitter disposed on the circuit board and opposite to each other, a base disposed on the circuit board, a cover disposed on the base, a first elastic member disposed through the cover and the base, a support device, and a second elastic member fixed to the base and having a flexible rod. The support device is movably connected to the cap and bottom board and has a sheet structure. When the cap is pressed, the sheet structure blocks light transmission between the light emitter and the light receiver to generate a triggering signal. When the cap is pressed to make the flexible rod deform downward with the sheet structure and then cross the sheet structure, the flexible rod is released to collide with the cover to make sound.

    Abstract: An optical keyswitch includes a keycap, a support mechanism, and a switch module. The support mechanism is disposed below the keycap and configured to support the keycap moving upward and downward, the support mechanism comprising a first frame and a second frame, the first frame having a sliding end. The switch module includes a circuit board, an emitter, and a receiver, the emitter and the receiver are electrically connected to the circuit board, and the emitter emitting an optical signal to the receiver. When the keycap is pressed, the first frame is driven by the keycap to slide substantially parallel to the circuit board and block the optical signal with the sliding end, so the switch module is triggered to generate a triggering signal.
